If you hate your life, this is where you come to work, including the owner. I was served by him this morning, it seems he hates his life too, and I don't understand, have you actually opened your eyes and looked at the queue of cars outside your store!! So apart from bad service, no smiles, no greeting and when you ask for a coffee the following question from the manager is "Is that all?" Really, is that what you ask a customer. I have complained to Tim Hortons HQ about this a number of times about this particular store. I have even spoken to the district manager. She, is now also not even bothering to respond back to me. I have to send a picture of the horrible breakfast, and never did I receive a followup, perhaps that is because they offered me a $20 forgiving gift card! Even that was diabolical, the manager who gave it to me just said "Here you go" and walked off, no "Have a nice day" or "Can I get you a coffee..." Yes this is the same manager as mentioned above the one who asks "Is that all?" Anyways what I am saying is ovoid this store, unless you want to not be greeted, have a rude obnoxious unhappy pissed off staff member serve you, then this is the store to go to. Come on Tim Hortons HQ, and also the store owner, do something about your store, don't just take it for granted that you have lots of custom, be happy, offer great customer service and try and offer a good product, but most of all, offer this...
Read moreI am a frequent customer at this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, the quality of service has been consistently poor. On several occasions, my orders have been incorrect or incomplete. I’ve had to remind staff to prepare my food after being left waiting, only to receive items that are missing or wrong.
Even worse, I have found hair in my food, and at times, it has been served cold. This is not only unappetizing but completely unacceptable from a food safety and hygiene perspective.
When I’ve called the location to address these issues, I’ve been met with rudeness and attitude instead of helpfulness. This kind of treatment shows a serious lack of professionalism. As a paying customer, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered, prepared properly, and served respectfully.
Most of the employees at this location seem uninterested in their work which makes them unfit for customer service roles. These jobs should be given to individuals who are willing to maintain standards and treat customers with basic courtesy. I sincerely hope management takes immediate steps to address these concerns.
To add to this review, I visited again a few days later with friends and same issue again!!! My vanilla cream cold brew has no vanilla syrup and mostly filled with ice. Disappointing the staff does not work...
Read moreOrdered a Tim’s delivery via the Tim’s app itself. And the AUDACITY - the restaurant first of all accepted the order and made sure they have everything in store. Next when the driver reached there - they made him call me and tell me to cancel the order - WHEN TIMS DOESNT HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL SOMETHING. Which I saw on their application itself. Attaching the SS below
When contacted the restaurant on a separate basis - they said WE DONT HAVE ESPRESSO working and I said that’s fine you can send me something else instead of the espresso for the same price. THEY CUT THE CALL saying “I don’t want to talk to you right now it’s very busy” Ya you’ll immature, self observant servers having to serve 2 people at the same time doesn’t mean you CUT and then make their phones busy. Cause every time I called back it said the user is busy.
And then when I finally placed another order via DOORDASH in another Location.
THEY DECIDE to send in this order - like HOW DID YOU ALL OF A SUDDEN GET ESPRESSO now ??? Where did you have to borrow it from now haa. They need to learn where and how should you be talking to a regular customer. And it was some lady - on Friday the 26th September in the morning around 8:45 who picked the call twice and did all this nonsense.
HIRE BETTER PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT RACIST...
