Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

Worst customer service ever. The staffs are very unfriendly that doesn't know how to treat customers right. When placing an order, it takes a while because all they do is talk to each other and ended up forgetting my order and have to remind them. No smile and hello upon entering and placing order, as well as no goodbye after leaving.

They don't seem to do any maintenance work at all as the men's washroom run out of soap and when I asked to fill up so I can wash my hands, they take too long and could not handle themselves so they asked me to help. It's ridiculous to ask a customer for help, especially when it's the employees responsible and should be asking other employees for help. If they want me or other customers for help or doing their work, they should at least pay me or offer me a free coffee or food.

After maintenance work and serving, they seem to smile and talk about customers behind there backs as I noticed it. They need to improve on their customer service skills and be nicer if they wan't to keep their jobs or else hope the store goes out of business leading to those employees...

I do not ever leave reviews for businesses, unless it is a small business prompting for a good review or what not- however, I’ve recently been attending this location a few times every week as I am new to the area. I have work early mornings and coming in the workers I am met with (the elderly women) have some of the worst customer service skills. Ordering a simple coffee and/or bagel will take an unusual amount of time while workers are busy chatting away with other old customers. Washroom visits in between making food make me feel unsafe and unsanitary as well. I’ve missed a breakfast because of this as I cannot bring myself to eat it. No, I will not be leaving a review for the “Care team” as I have seen under a lot of other similar and REPETITIVE negative comments. Please, do better, and my situation is not an individual circumstance, but seems to be a common theme among the service, which I am sure will remain unrectified. On may13 3.30 pm visit this Tim Hortons worst experience of my life bought one coffee and potato wedges the girl working in counter she handed me pototo wedges no napkins for to go so I ask politely no napkins she said go take by yourself I said okay other girl said we do not provide napkins anymore I said wow anyway when I walk down to exit door I heard girl said I don’t care whatever she said I turn back I said why you said like that she said I still don’t care about you she is too races and rude I call manger ask the girl name for review he did not provide me name of that girl and said she had a bad day today so I said if she had a bad day she is not suppose to be serving customers and treat then disrespectfully I request owner of this location take action of this employe for this awful behaviour
