Aman was so rude and unprofessional that he didn't even care to listen what I was saying and then he snatched my drink from my hands and said I'm not serving you. This was the most pathetic experience I've ever had in Canada, when somebody literally snatches the drink away. I had ordered a drink with Marshmallow cold foam, a lady then made my drink but had literally no foam left with her, so she handed me the drink like that. I asked her that I paid the full price of drink and I like this drink because of the foam. She said I'll have to wait and I was fine with it. Then, she couldn't add much foam to the drink as the container was already filled with coffee. So, I asked her very politely that she could have told me before that they are out of foam before filling my drink. Suddenly, Aman jumps in and responds very aggressively, snatches away my drink and asks me to take a refund in the most insulting manner. I live nearby, so I have been a regular customer since last 3 years. I am a very easy person and had posted a 5 star review before this incident. I encourage the owner to please check the CCTV footage, as I was polite and referred him as Brother while discussing, but I feel like Aman doesn't care about the customer service and acted so entitled. I ordered from über aap almost every day and some time pickup . No doubt food quality is good but I have one issue if owner will fix that issue on über page. All items went through but tea biscuit and corsaint when we put in the cart and then I check out it always says remove those two items. At the same time when I call at the store and find out is these items are available they always said yes we do. And also i explain this issue with your staff but they said contact über eat. But I know they can't fix this issue. This issue suppose to solve from your store side.

Read moreI recently visited the Tim Hortons at Bristol and Hurontario and had an extremely disappointing experience. I specifically asked for an item, and the employee was incredibly confrontational in response. His attitude was unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
The way he spoke to me was not only rude but also hostile, which is not something I expect from a place like Tim Hortons. This kind of behavior is inexcusable, and frankly, he should be fired for his conduct. Tim Hortons should be ashamed to have employees like this representing their brand.
