Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

This location was recently renovated. It was stated on a sign outside that they would be open September 10, 2018. They were delayed by two days, and finally opened on Wednesday September 12 2018. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication with this location, and head office not advising the customers that they be delayed on their re-opening of the new store. They gave customer a false impression that the store would be open September 10, 2018. The new store has a total of three plugs with USB outputs supporting tablet and cell phone charging. However, the arrangement of the new store has less seating than before. The bathroom is finally renovated with an automatic hand dryer, as opposed to paper towels. Aside from the colourful walls and arrangements of wood tables ,and more of a a white with light greyish approach. I don’t really see much difference in this location. In addition, the wifi service has never been that good here. Still to this date I complain, but they do not care.

On December 28, 2022 I had recently communicated to Tim Hortons. Head office regarding the USB plugs in the wall, not working. It appears that some of them are damaged. When I communicated this to head office they still have not fixed this issue. There is no point to charge your cell phone or tablet on these USB charging ports. They do not work. Welcome to streetsville! Are you here for coffee? I have not been to this Tim Hortons in a year but they always do a great job. I love Streetsville! I have come to this location often. Review time!🇨🇦

🤔🤷🏻‍♂️Now this is just our regular Canadian coffee shop but they're always having new products and it's important to remember that young people get their start in retail locations like this!😇🥰🥤☕

Personally my favorite product was always the Canadian maple donut and I don't like when they only have maple ring Donuts. However there are lots of great products from Bagels to cookies!☺️

I often encourage people to remember that you need to have energy so eat right there are vegetarian options here and this is a good Plaza for walking and enjoying a coffee and a meal!😎

Streetsville is home to many wonderful small businesses and it's one of the best places to walk you can park in this parking lot and stroll and support local businesses. Streetsville is beautiful!

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to; file a complaint if you have experienced abuse.

The Customer service is absolutely pathetic. I had ordered an egg and cheese BLT with a small coffee; the coffee was fine but the bagel was burnt black on the inside and it was hard. I explained this to the girl attendant and she said that is how they make it. Now, I buy BLT every day from another location and I never have this problem.

Instead of replacing the bagel, which is all I wanted, this girl of Indian decent raised her voice and started arguing and insisting that the bagel Was fine. Eventually, she started screaming at me and told me that she will not replace the BLT and give me a refund instead.

To put this in context, the restaurant was full of patrons and here I was taking verbal abuse from the girl, who was yelling at me and eventually threw the BLT in the sink. This is embarrassing for this restaurant and the franchise.

The workers , usually of Indian decent, need to be trained on handling complaints as her behaviour was totally unacceptable.
