This is late review, but please do not go to this location most especially during breakfast time. Planned my day this day ( June 30,2024@10:35) to bring my mom here & will try their breakfast promo. Got there & there’s a line up & the line up is not moving & this is @10:15, after 10 minutes I am next & the cashier told me breakfast is over!!! I’m so mad & trying to be calm & told the cashier if it’s not of your slow service she’s providing I’ll make it on time!! I asked her to call the Manager & I’m lucky that they considered. Waiting for my food & my hash browns are ready but the wrap is taking so long. The cashier grabbed the hash browns with her hands with no gloves & I told her you were just handling cash, & will not eat that hash browns. I requested for a new one & she said to come back. I came back & another staff was serving me.& still the same hash brown that he’s giving me & how long was this in the fries station !!!! I told him I will not accept that hash browns as I requested for new one because first it’s cold now & your cashier touched it with out gloves after handling cash, & he turned his back & he rushed to the fryer & I can’t believe it what he did in my own eyes he grabbed the hash browns & put it back to the fryer!!! I told him I want to speak to a Manager & he has the audacity to say I am the manager!!! Wow , I said you should know your act is against a Wendy’s safety policy. I was in big shock, you can’t serve customers like this!!! And I told him forget it please I don’t want the hash browns & my wrap anymore and give me your name. He’s so arrogant and told me here ,here with unprofessional attitude- this is my name go complain!!! My last encounter with this location, I got there a little after 12 in the morning I ordered my usual The gentleman that worked there told me that they are out of poutine. I am assuming that It’s done for the night.
So I had to settle for the regular fries
As I drove to the window, I was waiting a little bit for my food. As I glanced into the store, I noticed the manager making not one but two poutines. So I thought to myself didn’t the man just tell me that they were out of poutine yes, he did . He came back to the window and I asked him you told me there was no poutine, but yet still she’s making two of them. He responded with the poutine are only available for our DoorDash customers.
What kind of nonsense is that? I’m a paying Customer driving out to your location and I’m able to get an item off of the menu, but someone using the food vendor like Uber eats DoorDash, and skipped the dishes they’re able to Order anything they want off the menu . Now, why is that because they’re paying extra money?
Unfortunately, I’m gonna have to give this location three stars because not only did I get my food. My fries were cold. And I wasn’t satisfied at all. I waited about 15 minutes for my food altogether.
The staff is very nice however I won’t be spending my money here anymore. If the owner of this franchise Can explain to me why the vendors have more leverage over a customer that comes to the store I would love...

A Bacon Deluxe burger, specifically requesting the omission of pickles and onions, accompanied by a large Coca-Cola and large fries. A Dave's Single burger with medium fries and a medium Coca-Cola. To ensure accuracy, I requested the order taker to repeat my order, which she did, albeit with a discernible degree of impatience. Upon reaching the payment window, I reiterated my request for the Bacon Deluxe to be prepared without pickles and onions and also requested hot sauce.
My experience deteriorated further upon receiving my order. The dispensed Coca-Cola was noticeably diluted, suggesting intentional tampering. The Bacon Deluxe burger contained both pickles and onions, contrary to my explicit request. Furthermore, the requested hot sauce was absent.
Upon returning home, I contacted the restaurant via telephone to address these issues. The individual who answered the call displayed a dismissive and indifferent attitude, offering no semblance of concern or resolution.
This experience represents a significant lapse in customer service and resulted in a $32 expenditure for an inaccurate and unsatisfactory meal. The lack of attention to detail, the disregard for customer requests, and the dismissive response from the staff are unacceptable.
