It was a mutual delight coming in from an unusually hot August day. The crisp clear cool air was an instant relief upon entering their front foyer. The attending host came to us quickly and escorted us to a pleasantly situated booth. While waiting for our waiter I was pleasantly surprised to find that I did not need to ask for a password to access their wifi. Once the waiter came over and introduced himself as Peter, we placed our orders. It was convenient that he automatically brought us 2 iced glasses of refreshingly cold water. Pat, my wife, took delight in noting his name was the same as her brother. Peter smiled and noted that we'd have, "no trouble remembering his name then". Laughing, we agreed. I ordered the 1989 Burger and chose the side of Ceasar salad. Pat asked for the Tai Basil Noodles. Both of us enjoyed our meals as prepared and Pat took extra satisfaction in knowing she had more than enough left over to cover her dinner later on that night. Pat was a little saddened to learn that they no longer give out Scene points. Peter noted that it had stopped shortly after Milestones had been taken over by a larger conglomerate. I do not recall his exact words but he did note that Milestones is still a Canadian company. 🙂 I noted interesting items upon their walls. An intricate model plane that appeared ready for remote control once taken off the wall. A nice display of 4 (at least) older cameras on the far wall from us. In another room I noted a couple really beautiful paintings upon the fronts of skateboards hung upon their walls. Overall pleasant experience at this Milestones. We both look forward to being back some future day.

We went on a Saturday evening for my wife's birthday with our family. We made a reservation through the website and followed up by phone to add another person. We really enjoyed our experience. The service was very good. It was prompt and efficient. We had cocktails to start. I had a mohito and my wife had the peach belinni. Both were very good. I had sea bass and my wife had wagu meatloaf. The plates were beautifully presented and the food was delicious. Because we are managing our diets, this was an exception. But we did take care to look up the nutritional information first on Milestones' website. I appreciated that all information for everything on their menu was available for download as a pdf. My sea bass entree was 980 calories and my wife's meatloaf was 1200. Full ingredients and allergen information is also included in the document. I ate my full entree and my wife took on slice of the mealoaf home. We did not have appetizers or desert. My only possible "concern" is the portion size. Each entree was quite large and was about $30. One improvement could be to reduce the serving sizes and prices and make it easier to have an appetizer and possibly desert for a longer and even more enjoyable dining experience. However, this is nothing that can't be resolved with a takeout container as a workaround. Still, I prefer dining in and having the benefit of the full dining experience. I recommend Milestones and will return in the future.

The food was amazing. Very flavorful. The server (Emily) was very attentive, and checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. The wait time was very reasonable, we had an appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip with tostito chips. It was a warm dip and very tasty. The plate was cleared quickly when we finished and within minutes our meal arrived. I had the Marsala Pork chop with mashed potatoes. Never had it before and didn't know what to expect, but it was really good, and cooked to be juicy not dry. She had the shrimp & scallop scampi, and she said it was very flavorful. For desert we had the apple cobbler, which was warm on the bottom with a scoop of cold ice cream on top. The portions were above average for the price, compared to some other places. We did not leave hungry, nor over stuffed. The atmosphere was cozy, it wasn't loud or noisey. We could still talk normally in the booth, even though the place was pretty full. The value for the money, was great. Appetizer, 2 main courses, dessert, and large glass of wine for $100. Not a bad date night out for a slight "dress up" but still casual, when compared to some other places we have been. Shout out as well to the chef(s), the food was not only cooked perfect but the presentation on the plate was top notch. Again, special kudos to our amazing server Emily. Great work! We will be returning and highly recommend this place. 5☆
