Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Moncton

Ordered pickup on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025 and whoever worked the shift from 5 pm to closing used what seems like an old pizza to build my custom pizza I paid extra for. I paid for stuffed crust, didn't get any. The crust was very chewy the exact same way you'd notice pizza is chewy after it's been in the refrigerator for 3 days. There's no way that was fresh, but even if it was, it wasn't what I paid for. Was like old cafeteria pizza the lunch ladies would give away for free because it was cooked 8 hours ago and sat out all day. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating, it was terrible quality, and clearly the owner has pushed some scheme on the minimum wage employees where they're forced to use botched or unused pizzas for custom.

I'm about 95% sure this is happening and here's why. It's been like 3 years since I had LC, long enough that I had forgotten why I stopped, and as I was biting into an old, stale, $35 pizza 15 minutes after picking it up "hot and ready", missing ingredients, it all came rushing back and I remember the last time I purchased pizza from Little Ceasars at 1855 Mountain Rd, Moncton, NB E1G 1P2, it was also custom, and I noticed all the same things. It had ingredients I didn't order, was missing the stuffed crust, and was clearly old, like at least 8 hours old maybe days old. This happening twice in a row isn't a coincidence.

Even the Italian cheese bread was rubbery like it was a day old--how does this happen twice in a row years apart if it isn't intentional? Rhetorical.

Do not buy food from this location. The franchisee and/or owner clearly do not care about this location...

I ordered online using the app, wanted to try the bacon bacon holiday box set. Ordered before used the pizza portal and it was great. But this time it wasn’t. Ordered at 5:15 and it said my pizza was in the oven on the app at 5:29. An hour went by and it said it was still in the oven.. tried to call the store but no answer, so drove down to the location to see if there was just something wrong with my app. Showed up at 6:30ish and there was a bunch of people waiting aswell, a lot for online orders. It was just kids working and seemed like no one was in charge. I asked if my pizza was almost ready and one of the workers said it would be another 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile they were still taking walk in orders and they were all being fulfilled before any of the online orders. Finally a women showed up and took charge and said no more orders until they got all the ones waiting out. 40 minutes later I got my pizza, at 7:10ish. Used to like coming here for the fast and friendly service, there used to be a woman that worked there that was great, seems since she is no longer there it is just a bunch of teenaged boys who frankly don't seem to know what they are doing. (I used to work at a pizza shop I get that it can be hectic.) But this location has become ridiculously slow, the pizza is never cut all the way through, if I wanted to cut my own pizza I'd go buy a frozen one and cook it myself and probably get it faster.
