Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Moncton

Ridiculously awful service- makes me wonder if the restaurant is run by children. Made an order and specifically asked if delivery address was in range and they said yes. 45 minutes later I called again bc it hadn't showed up and I was then told it was not in range and it somehow took them 30 minutes to locate. 30 more minutes later it still hadn't shown up is I called again and was then told they had arrived at the delivery address and left because no one picked it up. There was no message contacting us saying they had shown up. Called to cancel order and staff was incredibly rude. If I could give a negative rating I would. Would rather eat my own vomit than order...

This location has gone down hill over the last little while. Terrible service from the Employee who took my order... felt like I was bothering him when I called and place an order. Maybe the Franchise owner should reconsider who they hire. The food was cold... thought most delivery services had heated bags when delivered. Food was no where near what it appeared on their menu...extremely skimpy with everything. Will never buy from this place again. We ordered a large garlic fingers and I asked for a total of 4 Donaire sauces, well the garlic finger itself was great but it was pathetic how little Donair sauce they put in those 4 containers, 2 of them were less than half full. Unfortunately we won't be buying from Papa John's again, because we were disgusted at how little Donair sauce was in those containers. When you pay for the Donair sauce you expect it...
