I placed an order for delivery online and prepaid my order. I received a call from the call center indicating that they did not have the French onion soup I ordered. The lady I spoke with said she could not refund just the soup and would have to cancel the order and put a new one through without the soup and that I could pay at the door, however the funds would take 48 hours to return to my account. I spent the last of my money I had on my original order and wouldn't be able to pay again at the door. When I asked if there was another option I was told there wasn't, I asked her if she could speak to her manager for another option and was again told there was nothing else that could be done. I am now very hungry and very frustrated with this establishment.
Edit: I received a call from the delivery driver who asked if the call center had contacted me, I advised him of my concerns with the lack of customer service I received from the call center lady. He offered to refund the soup in person to which I declined as at this point I would rather wait to two days for my money to be refunded then for St Hubert to receive my money. The bad taste left in my mouth from the first call would probably ruin the taste of the food. I commend the driver for trying to resolve the situation and respect the customer service skills he used with me. I really enjoy the food from St Hubert but I am upset with...
Read moreFirst experience to ever visit a St. Hubert location. We moved here and after hours of driving and unpacking at the hotel we decided to try this place out. We were seated at the table and sat in the bar side of the restaurant closest to the front. There was only one other table 6 spaces away from us. The other side of the restaurant was I’m guessing dining, and it was very busy. We waited for our server and thought it was lady who was waiting on the other table that was eventually going to come over to us as well, but we only saw her twice when we sat down. The waitress made eye contact and knew we were there, but after an HOUR of no drinks or food or anyone for that matter to take our orders. We get up to try and find someone and not even the lady at the front was there. Without having to go to the kitchen and getting someone’s attention we decided to just leave. I can’t even say we even know what the food or drinks taste like since we never got the chance to try anything to rate it. I think that the experience was pretty well ruined for us since it was pretty much none existent aside from the hostess who brought us to the table. I thought about going back but my family is against it soured the whole thought of St....
Read moreThis may have been one of the most stressful, chaotic and poor dine-in experiences my family and I have ever had.
I'll caveat the following review, we were there and seated as a family of 2 adults, 2 kids, around 4h30pm on a Saturday before supper rush. I won't bother with every beat of this experience since it would end up too long as a review.
The dining room was freezing cold, staff kept loudly dragging tables around the dining room just behind us.
Our waiter was clearly having a terrible evening, quite frantic, walking away before we could finish our sentence during ordering and we were never offered refills on neither coleslaw nor soft drinks, nor could we have asked because we never were able to get his attention. Brought us a cup of water for our 2 year old no lid, no straw.
When we finally caught his attention to settle up, he brought the point of sale machine and when it wasn't working, muttered frustrated, angry, and told us he would be back with a different machine, throwing my card back on the table as he rushed away.
My impression is that management are likely grossly understaffing the dining room or giving way too many tables to waiters.
We...
