Use to be really great service when the original crew was there when 1st. Opened and managed by Viki it was 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but now 1 ⭐is to much. The food is not good service is terrible the management is worst then terrible. There only as good as there leader and that's to great..their as slow as death there rude don't smile not friendly at all. It's sad cuz it use to be a great friendly ppl. good food, coffee was the best & service was fast. But not no more.. use to be very clean but not no more.. and Tim''s is suppose to be a coffee shop not a restaurant & sadly the ppl. That just want a coffee & a donut has to wait for ppl. That want to use it as a restaurant & not what it should be a coffee shop. If u want a meal go to a restaurant not coffee shop. Pretty bad when I can go to McDonald's and get or A&W witch is a restaurant &/or fast food place to get my coffee way quicker then I can at what is suppose to be a coffee shop. I never thought I'd ever see the day that Tim Hortons would be serving Pizza. What's next hamburgers and french fries.. I think u should slow down on all these different kinds of food so the ppl. That just want A coffee & don't have time to wit for other ppl. Ordering meals or make a 2nd. Line or ppl. That are just there for the coffee & also stop coming up with these stupid ideas that keeps slowing down ur service like making coffee one at a time cuz u put ur coffee in a threesome witch is slowing down every part of making a cup of coffee...it's much better if u can pour the coffee: stir at...
Read moreI like Tim Hortons. I like the coffee especially, but sometimes I go there and I order more than just coffee through the drive thru. They repeat back the order to me to make sure it's right. And that part works fine, and they do get it right. The problem happens somewhere in between there, where the people making the order don't make what I asked for and what was repeated back to me. So once again today, I got home with my order and only realized that then when I gave the black tea to my mother-in-law that it was a black coffee. This happens all the time!!! This is probably the most frequent problem. You ask for a black tea, they give you a black coffee. This happens all the time at this Tim. Hortons, when is it going to stop? When are you going to train your employees? Not to make mistakes like this. I can't just turn around and go back to the coffee shop. It costs me money in fuel to do that.... I guess order accuracy is not important.
UPDATE: Got the typical canned response from the Owner which tells you to go to Tim Hortons Guest Care. When the Owner doesn't want to deal with it personnaly, this is what they do... Pass the buck and...
Read moreSuch a bad experience, i went through the drive through to ask for a timbit, the supervisor called me a dog then assumed what type of timbit i wanted, i was the only person in the line and when i got to the window i asked to pay on debit and had my debit card ready.she said "your not serious " she hadn't even put in the order then asked me what i wanted again, then took two minutes to grab one timbit with no one in the store and two employees then refused to give me the timbit and asked me if i was serious at least 3 times then finally handed me the debit machine then before she gave me my timbit she started down my girlfriend and i then asked if my girlfriend took a picture of her, witch she did not, then she said "someone say lawsuit" handed me my timbit finally and slammed the window shut. I don't know if i will ever return to tim hortons ever again knowing the employees aren't trained to treat customers right. I feel very violated and disrespected and so...
