Sedat Coq Chantant Inc (Le) — Restaurant in Mont-Tremblant

I must preface this by saying I personally didn't eat here, as we stayed for less than 10 minutes. We arrived less than an hour before their closing time, but I made sure to ask if the kitchen was still serving, which they said it was.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were instructed to take any table we wanted outside. Out of the 7 or so tables, three were occupied and two were covered with dirty dishes, so we had minimal choice. We chose the cleanest table out of the remaining ones and sat down.

It took a minute or so for the waitress to come see us and she had a rag to wipe the table. In doing so, she brushed crumbs from the table onto my lap. Bad start.

We were given menus, place mats, cutlery, and two mugs, then asked what we wanted to drink. While my partner took a coffee, I'm not a coffee drinker, but she left the mug in front of me, which I found weird.

We looked over the menu for some time but nothing was catching my eye. Part of me felt bad that we would be ordering shortly before their closing time and part of me was turned off by the dirty dishes nearby, the crumbs brushed onto me, and their sticky plastic menus.

Is a beautiful breakfast, at the window you get an awesome view, with an flowing atmosphere. The background music give u a very comfortable feeling. Service is very friendly, and while it’s quiet also very attentive. For my breakfast I decide to take something sweet, the Crêpes were very good, amazing bite and not to sweet. The price is absolutely fine, for a nice little breakfast. The only think that let me decide to give only 4 of 5 stars is that the server brought the bill without asking and in my case definitely a bit to early. All in all very surprised about the the place in such a little sweet...

Food was Fast!! Service is excellent! Price very reasonable. We each had a coffee and orange juice and each a full plate of food and came to 41$ before tip. May seem a little pricey but that’s the reality of inflation and it’s worth every penny. Strong work ethic and teamwork and quality food. I’m a stickler for HOT bacon at a breakfast place… they did not disappoint me. Only thing that could have been better is I had a small piece of fruit was probably best left off the plate but that’s me being picky cause my husbands fruit was perfect.
