La Maison Du Spaghetti — Restaurant in Mont-Tremblant

Was given the wrong meal, after pointing out my order on the menu and the server repeating it. This wasn’t a huge deal since they were very busy and mistakes happen. The one star is for the servers defensive attitude, she stressed to me on several occasions that I’d ordered the wrong thing (that it was my fault). Once I realized there would be no accommodations made, and feeling nervous by her defensiveness, I told her it was fine and not a big deal. A few minutes later the server then returned to our table to reiterate that I had received what I ordered, she really wanted to make sure I knew I had made a mistake and her persistence made me feel very nervous. I told her again not to worry about it. Our food was very good and the other servers seem lovely, we just got really bad luck with this server. Everybody at my table heard my order and the server in fact made a mistake, but more importantly she didn’t do anything to fix the issue. If we return, we’ll make sure to avoid...

Just what I thought, the new management was going to ruin the spaghetti house. It took them this long to reopen the spaghetti and all they changed was the kitchen and made a hole in the wall?. What used to be my favourite place to eat is now a never going again situation. The staff were really confused, we couldn’t change fries for onion rings because they don’t know the option on the new cash and when I asked the lady basically screamed NO! The spaghetti sauce was disgusting, tasted like water! And they gave me half a bottle of Parmesan cheese… and they basically rushed us out of there and I had to remind the lady to give me my drinks. Absolute garbage....

The restaurant looks good both inside and outside. The staff are friendly and pleasant. However the food is not that great. They boiled the spaghetti a bit too soft and they did not dry the spaghetti enough before they poured in the sauce. I can see that there’s a pool of water at the bottom then the spaghetti then the meat sauce on top, topped with meatballs. Seems like the chef cooked it in a hurry without paying much attention. It’s not acceptable. The dinner buns are cold. ** tried burgers. Not bad. Small.
