Les Moulin La Fayette — Restaurant in Mont-Tremblant

Popped into Le Moulin hoping to find something in the pret a porter frozen dinners. Bonus purchase to this stop was a 'small' (but very ample serving that would feed two people easily) crustless mushroom & spinach quiche that was divine, accompanied by a buttery melt in your mouth croissant. (my mouth is watering again). I picked up a day old mini garlic loaf with sundried tomato swirl and fresh grated parmesan finish plus a take home meal of (frozen) braised veal & vegetables to easily reheat back at the hotel. The quality of the garlic loaf and flavour was the perfect addition to my evening meal. The shop also offers an modest selection of deli sausage meats, gorgeous rustic breads, snacks, condiments and jams plus an eye popping array of individual and full size desserts. I didn't buy any (yet) but I'm thinking my fam would love a dessert delight brought home from...

The pastries are relatively good. The service is so-so. They made a mistake taking my (prepaid) order (too many pastries were charged). And wheen it was time to pick up 3 days later , there was a mistake on top of that mistake (missing one pastry). And then this old lady at the cashier said in a not so pleasant way to move aside as she has other clients to serve... But I was still waiting for my pastries to be handed out to me.. So they are very happy to take my money, but can’t do anything right. And unpleasant in the process....
