Update: Merry Christmas to you, too! I would rather not have waited another 30+ minutes to receive the sandwich I ordered, but thank you for your kind response. I made no comments at the counter, only that the bill was wrong, as I had ordered a half sandwich. I don't know how big the sandwiches are. I thought I received what I ordered until it came time to pay the bill. Your response speaks volumes for the comments I made in the review. My review was not good, but I believe it was fair. Reviews are not to make digs at a business - it's to help customers reading reviews get a better understanding of the business and maybe help the business improve. Clearly, the entire staff (including ownership - not just the waitress) is rude to wait until Christmas to respond to my comments like that.
The waitress was really rude. She got my order wrong and rather than apologizing and correcting it, she argued with me. They charged me full price for the wrong meal. The restaurant seemed shortstaffed and very disorganized. They spoke English (with some challenges) but seemed to prioritize French patrons. There were about 10 to 15 people waiting in front of the door when we arrived. Waiting to pay, be seated, order takeout, pick up orders? No discernable line(s), just a cluster of people. I was not sure whether we should wait to be seated or seat ourselves. There were many empty tables and no wait to be seated sign, so we sat at an empty clean table. The staff appeared to be frazzled and seemed overwhelmed, shorthanded. It looked like one of the cooks was bussing tables and helping the waitress. It took several minutes to receive menus and water. Other tables were served before us. It took long to pay (although there was only one man waiting to pay ahead of us). The busser was telling the cashier what we ordered, the cashier seemed confused. It took several explanations to get the cheques. It was all... kind of a mess. The customer service could definitely be improved (not argumentative rude staff). The organization or payment system could also be improved to avoid such a huge lineup and wait at the entrance. Atmosphere is beautiful though. The parking lot is small and cramped in front, but I believe there's a big lot in the back that you can park...
Read moreThis place was not on our radar for dinner because it’s listed as a breakfast restaurant. Our concierge at the hotel told us they opened up for dinner 1 1/2mo.’s ago and it’s really good. We canceled a reservation in the village and made one here. I don’t ever say this but if you look in the dictionary under “A find” this restaurant should be there. The food is outstanding both in taste and presentation. We were so pleasantly surprised. 2 of the owners served us, Sebastián and Jerome. What nice friendly guys. I suggest you try this place very soon because once people know they’re open for dinner it’s going to be hard to get in. We decided to go here for breakfast on our way out of Tremblant and yes it’s a really good and generous breakfast. Definitely add this place on your next visit to Tremblant. We will...
Read moreI found a huge hair inside the sausage and all they did was give me a new one, they didn’t say sorry nor gave me a discount.
The server was absolutely horrible and mean, she took super long to take our ordered just because the first time she asked if we were ready I told her to give us 5 minutes (she took like 15) she kept speaking French to us when she knew we didn’t speak it and that we were tourist, negative 5 stars for the server. (Server was a short dark haired lady, think her name was Melany)
The food was alright the eggs Benedict were really good but everything else that my family ordered was below average, specially for the price.. the “omelette” was full of olives only and had like 7 small pieces of tomato and was...
