Very long wait time at this location. Like others have mentioned, service is terrible here. The person took our order wrong, even though we first asked her if she understands English and she said yes before we ordered anything. We waited for a few minutes just to get our receipt and we saw the order was not right. We immediately notified the cashier that took our order, she threw what's in her hand hardly into the trash can, gave us a very bad look, pretty harsh attitude and walked away. Then a different lady walked up who spoke fluent English asked us what exactly do we want. We just wanted the meal. We even provided the meal number hoping that would be less confusing. And she asked us 3 more times again, what do we want exactly. She didn't understand our order. She yelled at us saying that she's trying to understand what we want. We said we wanted a meal, not just a sandwich. I really don't know if they didn't understand English, why they said they understand English at first then maybe pretend not understanding any English after we paid? And by the way they talking in English, very fluent with no accent, I don't think they didn't understand English. I mean is this a discrimination against people who speak English? Or they're just having a bad day. Find a different job if you don't like to deal with people, or just simply hate your job. Customers aren't coming here to get yelled at. Personal emotions should never affect how the customers were treated. No matter what, I don't think I'm gonna go to Tim Hortons anymore. All of the Tim Hortons in the town we're from were closed so I guess that's why....
Read moreI was there on Saturday morning June 22nd. I got into the drive through line with 6 or 7 cars ahead of me. It was the slowest Tim's line I have ever been in my life. What they were doing was only taking one order at a time and holding the line at the speaker. Once the order was filled they would take another order. After about 15 minutes I got to the speaker. It was silent so I said hello. They replied in French, I replied sorry I don't speak French. No reply. I sat there for another minute then I drove to the window. He opened the window and I ordered my coffee with cream. He repeated the order back to me in English then pretended to not understand what I asked for. I said to him you're not going to reply to me in English and pretend that you didn't understand. He closes the window then it opens up and he hands me my order. You don't know you work for tim hortons? The staff has no clue what they are doing and are constantly arguing eachother. Not pleasant to hear through the drivethru window.
