Wendy's — Restaurant in Montague

I have been eating here almost twice a day for the whole summer. Last week I had asked for my money back on an order which was fine, Today, my grilfriebds sandwich was messed up, and there was something clear and sticky all over the ketchup packets.

The manager refused to give me money back and kept offering coupons. Meanwhile reminding me that I got my money back last week but little does she know about 300 bucks of my hard earned money has gone through that joint in the last week since the last mess up. Hope yas miss my daily business because refusing a cash refund is unacceptable and illegal.

For the record, great food, mostly great service, but a manager who is simply refusing a refund because I got one last week is illegal. And not to mention I spent more since my last refund then some people have spent since this...

Drive-through has a 50% inaccuracy rate at the very least. I could not possibly count in my own head how many litres of gas and how many hours of my life I have wasted driving back here to get my order corrected, but I could likely buy this restaurant with the savings. I frequently observe managers displaying abusive behaviour towards their staff and as someone that works in food service too, it is absolutely disgusting. This restaurant is in severe need of new management and new policies if it wishes to survive this decade competing with other restaurants in this town that already...

Ordered a #7 and 2 #2 combos. We waited 17 minutes for our order. The #2 combos were charged .20 cents more than in the menu. One burger was dry and cold (cheese didn't melt) and seemed to be an hour old. The other was raw pink and cold. The entire burger was soaking wet. Our first set of fries were so heavily salted I couldn't eat them. We asked for new ones. They had a bag immediately ready for us at the window, obviously not new fries, and were just as bad or worse than the first set. Didn't notice the mystery white fluid on the lid of my drink...
