Had a wonderful evening at the Nymark The Nymark is a small plates style restaurant with dishes served family style so you can try a bit of everything. Food was delicious, service was attentive and enjoyable from beginning to end, and there was a live band playing and singing during our dinner. It was so so much better than the Chantignoles next door! If you are hesitating between the two, definitely go to the Nymark instead.

The menu was very limited & the food was not nice. It was rather disappointing for a fairmont to serve such average food. Two of the restaurants were closed for the season. This restaurant had live music and the service was quick and courteous, which were the only good things. Please revise the fall/winter menu... it was so sad we didn't want to dine 2 nights.

Everything was great The duck wings were delicious, amazing sauce. Oysters were good. My venison and the sauce was excellent. Service was very good and the atmosphere with the live music was nice. A great meal, wow.
