A&W Canada — Restaurant in Montreal

Worst A&W location I’ve ever been to. 0 professionalism, every tables are absolutely nasty. No one cleans anything but they have time to chit chat together and give you attitude stares. Employee screamed a name 3 times in rage until I realized it’s my order but he just can’t pronounce or write basic common names? The location on Beaubien deserves customers not this one. The only person who’s probably higher than age 10 in their mind is the random older dude doing the burgers, most likely only competent person in the whole crew. Wait time is ridiculous. I know it’s fast food and it’s a low paying job, but if the other locations can do efforts and stay...

It was my first time at this A&W and most probably my last too. It's a newly opened location and I went there on a Saturday around noon. There were only 3 customers before me but it took 25min for me to just start ordering. I noticed there were only 3 workers in the kitchen and the state of the used tables and area where we pick ketchup and stuff was horrific. Very dirty and untidy. I noticed even Uber delivery people waited longer than usual and they were visibly frustrated. I left with my order after 45min in total and this was supposed to be a fast-food and fast serving experience. So if you really want A&W be prepared to wait for it at...

It’s rare to witness such incompetence that makes you wonder how this staff stays employed at all. If you’re wondering if the rest of the reviews are exaggerating about the ubereats orders, they ARE NOT. I’m not one to write reviews about fast food places since I figure they have it hard enough as it is, even after receiving a couple messed up orders, but clearly this place hires airheads. Today was the cherry on top when I paid 6$ for a specific FROZEN drink and got sent a regular soda in it’s place… like how hard would it have been to just mark it as sold out and refuse my order on the app?
