Amir Decarie — Restaurant in Montreal

No manners rude staff! I had a horrible experience in their drive thru today. I was greeted at the drive thru and the waiter did not address me. I ordered my food in a polite fashion. When the waiter returned, he simply handed me the food and then tossed my change at me and then shut the door. I couldn't believe who rude he was. I sat there for a second and then he reopened the door and said "WHAT to me. I said you were so rude I said thank you to you and you shut the door on me. He said, I don't have to say thank you to you. You are not doing anything special for me. He said that I was arrogant for excepting anything from him, I asked to speak to his manager and he didn't call him so I had to go into the store and to speak to his manager and complain.

This isn't the first time I have had not great service. Not I have let it go because I just figured the person was having a bad day. But today, your very own staff proved to be that they don't appreciate my business. As a result my company is cancelling our pre booked catering order with you and I will NEVER EVER GO TO YOUR RESTUARANT AGAIN. Today I was treated like a second class citizen. I can tell you that the way that I was treated is indicative of the way your business is being run. If you cant hire good staff member you will lose good customers, Shame on you.

The sad part is that all the waiter had to do was be polite. It doesn't cost you any thing to simply be nice and to great people with respect.

I had BAD experienced at Amir At Décarie ( close to Kanda) DON’T BUY THERE, lalo na kung Asian kayo...namimili sila ng customers. We went there last night to buy our late supper ( from work) with some of my bff friends. They said it’s closing, and it will be too much work for them to get the salad (because they covered them already, for next day) and they even talking in their language and laughing. ( diba annoying yun?) So we disappointed walk out. But after a while, while we’re outside, we saw a lady ( white skin) went inside and ordering same thing, he gave!!! And order more... no problem! He served with smile! This is ridiculous! This is racist! 😡😠😡😠 I’m tire and hungry and MAD! We end up to BOUSTAN ( ba yun) just behind AMIR ( same closing time) we’ve been served well Kahit kita namin sa Mga worker, they’re tired too, they gave us a smile and got our lovely meal. Thank you for the good service delicious meal ladies and for the treat Fann 😀 So if I were you, better BOUSTAN than AMIR.

I'd like to start by saying that I've been a client at this specific Amir since I can only remember years and years and only this Amir, I never went to another Amir. I ordered so many times online and in person. I suggested it to so many colleagues and friends. Today, for the first time, I tried to use the pickup option via the Skip application because I had a gift card but it wouldn't work for some reason. I came in since I was already in the parking lot and showed the man (not sure if he's the manager or the owner) and he was SO rude!!! Attitude through the roof. I felt so bad, I just wanted to leave but my dad insisted that since we were already there just to order and that's it. I hope that he reads this comment and feels as bad as I did today. I will never ever order from you guys ever again. You lost all my respect. You should help clients and work on your attitude. The least I can say is that the lady at the cash is always nice. Ciao.

Update: I now read the reviews and I see I'm not the only one that shares this opinion :) horrible...
