I HAVE been ordering from here since the first day it opened. Family knows the owners. Today I walked in for food and asked for well done chicken, the guy in the back says you will have to wait and i said no problem. Being the only customer there I then requested to pay the clown in the back says i dont know if i will have chicken left and told him there is chicken and I dont mind waiting. He then turns around and starts spraying "fantastic" the cleaner spray right next to chicken being cooked !!!! The kind Bengali worker came to the back and said put a cardboard in between the cooked chicken and where he was spraying!! You can see in the first picture even he was suffocating from all the fumes.
OWNERS HOW DO YOU ALLOW THIS ?? both of your staff are rude and make clients wait! They say they dont have things available. And they literally laugh and speak in arabic right in front your clients. We are regular clients and I will not order again until you fix this.
Ps filter all your 1 star reviews and you can see the common denominator is the famous rude "Arab guy". Find a replacement fast he does not like his work.
I really don't know what you want me to explain... The two Arab guys are just rude and should not be working there. Just because I asked for my chicken well done they got offended and then decided to prove a point by making me wait even longer by saying there wont be chicken left and I should not pay just in case. And you can see in the screen shots the time and the behavior of your employees. The cashier is literally laughing at the other one spraying the equipment with a cleaner !! The worse part is that he was doing this without the cardboard at first! How do you think the health and food inspectors will react to this pic? You guys are lucky no one has called anyone yet. Sometimes you have to get rid of bad employees even if they work unwanted shifts. There is no excuse you can give me for this behavior; the restaurant closes at 11 pm no reason to start spraying equipment with food around it.

Read moreI never put reviews but I genuinely think it's the worst Boustan in town, and I never was disappointed by any Boustan after having spent literally thousands there over the years. I've wrote to the customer service but no one from the restaurant has taken the time to reply to me after such a bad service, which makes me even more bitter about this location.
I came there to take my usual order although I never went to that location, I asked for two Boustan bowls without potatoes but extra chicken. The person who was serving clearly didn’t understood my request so I patiently repeated many times what I wanted. An other customer also intervened, not understanding what was confusing about my order. The employee finally asked me if I wanted 2 x 5$ dollars chickens extra or those at 12 dollars. I said 5$ each. At the cashier, I clearly was surprised about the price I was about to pay, I asked if the xtra chicken was 10$ for both as asked, he said yes and tells me to pay and will show me the receipt after. So I pay, and realize and the receipt that I paid for 2 x 11.99$ extra chicken. So of course, I said that I clearly asked to be charged for 5$ many times. I see the person looking at the cash, so I thought he was going to reimburse me for the difference I clearly didn’t wanted to pay, but he just proceeded to add more chicken in the bowls he already gave me, telling me « that now I’m saving money » when he basically just added few grams of chicken in the same bowl and when I spent more than what I wanted. I went back to my car, trying to not make a drama out of it, but looking inside my bowls, they were literally half full when, usually, they’re always generous with portions. I then decided to go back there to manifest my frustration to having a half bowl of salad and cabbage basically, so they proceeded to put more cabbage and salad. Coming back home, I realized that even the avocados were missing from the bowls, the employee didn't follow the recipe in front of her. Read moreThis place is a disaster I ordered four CHICKEN BROCHETTE I don't know what the hell he was thinking the one on the grill he is continuously on the phone throughout making my order. And literally burnt the chicken real black and did not even bother to look at them before packing. This is disaster number 2.
Coming to disaster 1 I also ordered for a shawarma wrap it is good the lady on the counter asked me everything and added the topping I wanted. It was a hot day so i decided to have it at the restaurant. The place is super hot I think the air conditioners is not even On. I was clearly boiling in the restaurant it was so suffocating for 10 mins. don't know who run this branch they are at their extreme. If it is so hard to sit in the restaurant for 10 min just think about people working there that is a clear violation. I thought Boustan is a well reputed chain but this branch is clearly spoiling the name.
I usually never write reviews but this experience is the worst. Even if the salt is more or there is no seasoning or no sauce I would just ignore it. But wasting food sorry spoiling food and serving to customer and keeping the place not ventilated these are extreme.
If there is negative rating for atmosphere I will give negative 5 for the amount of suffocation that they put the customers through. Health and safety should...
