Amir — Restaurant in Montreal

This location has some of the freshest, most tender and juicy meat than from some of the other Amir locations that I've been to. This is because they take the time and effort to prepare the meat the day of sale, not a day or two before and refrigerate, which dries out the meat. Effort pay off people! The sauces are amazing, the garlic and spicy garlic sauces are so good and not lemony at all (there are locations that add lemon). The humus is tasty as well. The veggies are crisp and the salads are refreshing. The chicken bites are a wonderful change from all the nuggets and tenders that are out there because the chicken is not mechanically separated or combined. They're so tender abd juicy! The seasoning is spot on and I couldn't ask for more. The atmosphere...it's very clean and quiet, it's just nothing special. There's nothing to stand out. I'm not going to let that take away from the overall experience as the business model is take away, but if you like, there's a place for you to eat in-house. Very bad customer service. So rude people working don't speak English. I asked for the falafel he said will take time, then I asked for Vege Pita, he literally yelled at me saying I just told you it's gonna take time. I try to show on the menu the guy didn't even look at it. And walked away. Very very bad service I do...

Rice stink, smelled moldy, it’s disgusting

Answer to owner: Do you think I don't have a nose? :) We got refunded from Uber, no worries, but gaslighting is not the way to improve. Accept the critics and fix it.
