B12 is one of my best places in Montreal when I crave a big juicy burger. I went there when they first opened in L’acadie and Laval. I remember giving us gloves to be able to hold the huge bun and dig on it. I also remember getting back home with some leftovers from my meal. This is my first time trying it in this branch. I do not know what is it but I could see the differences between this experience and the former ones and I could taste the different taste too. I remember the patty was thicker and the chips were more. I ordered mozzarella burger (number 8 I think). I know the mozzarella is fried , which is something I rarely order, but it was a bit oily. The fries are the best in B12 and there authentic chips too. Their bun is their own too. The girl at the cashier was barely smiling. I understand the pressure and the hard work but a warm welcome and a smile would affect a lot. The tables were not 100% clean as the table I sat on had some sesame seeds and bread crumbs from the ones before. My earlier comments do not deny the fact that I love B12 but this experience was different from the...
Read moreFirst time eating here. 23$ for a hamburger trio is a bit pricey. The burger sandwich is quite large with a big bun. I ordered the mozzarella burger. My burger came with a mayonnaise type sauce which I assume is their house sauce. I hate mayonnaise. I wish the menu board would state if the burger has mayonnaise on it. The fries are nothing special, they taste like Costco fries from their restaurant. I’m sure I would have enjoyed the burger more had I asked if the burger had mayonnaise on it, but it sucks to have to always ask. Why is mayonnaise in every freaking burger in Quebec…!! Overall, if you’re hungry and can afford an expensive burger trio then I’m sure you’ll enjoy the burger. The fries, not so much. Home made fries fresh not frozen would make this place amazing. 3 stars because of the price and the underwhelming fries. But I suggest you give this place a try for yourself because they have some good...
Read moreTried ordering a burger on a Doordarsh app but there was no option to remove the pickles and no option to write special instructions. I called, a female picked up on Friday afternoon about 5.30pm. I asked why was I not able to do it on the DD app she said she didn't know. I told her that I don't like pickles and even if I did, bad restaurants like to hide their bad beef or old meat behind strong flavors of pickles, mustard, ketchup, etc. Why there is no option to have a plain burger with fresh vegetables. She laughed at me saying they have the best meat in town. And she hung up on me. I guess if you have the best meat in town you'd be proud of it and not hide it behind condiments. Never order from this joint. Wanted to try but I guess I'll go elsewhere. Very unprofessional customer service. Not listening to what potential customers try to request. Laughing them off.
