I went with my son to buy a box of donuts and after waiting in line for about 20 minutes we were finally able to choose our donuts, however when we were going to pay the $15.50, I gave a $20 bill to the cashier and she told me that I couldn't pay in cash because she didn't have change, to which I replied that I didn't have another form of payment and there was no sign at the register or on the door that said that I didn't accept cash (which is what businesses that don't accept cash normally do), I asked if I could add more donuts to make up the $20 but she told me there was no way to make up the missing $4.50, so I asked her to get change at nearby businesses but she refused and I even offered her $15 dollars hoping she would tell me there will be no issue with the missing $0.50 cents, instead she told me in a mocking tone that it was not her problem that I did not bring another form of payment, to which I replied if she preferred that I leave without buying anything instead of accepting the $15 and she said yes, so we had to leave without buying anything. I own a business and will always prefer to lose $0.50 cents once in a while and keep my customers happy, than losing a $15 sale and a customer, obviously the business is mine and I care about it but big businesses should be more attentive about their customer service. I will buy these donuts again for sure because I like them but will never come back to this...

The guy was already in a bad mood and was rushing us to make our order. we first asked for a milkshake and he said there is no more so we then asked for a slushy and he said ok and charged us for the slushy . we then receive the “slushy” HE made and it was just pure liquid syrup . the complete opposite of slushy simply just syrup juice . we told him this is not a slushy and he told us that it was not his problem and that it was still a cold drink . he then gave us horrible attitude and told us “what do you want then “ we simply asked for a refund after arguing over what a slushy is . he let the girl worker handle our refund because he knew he was in the wrong and did not even apologize and gave us the worst customer service ever . we explained to the girl worker what happend and she kindly gave us our refund and she apologize for what HE did and how he acted and he completely ignored us .he proceeded to rush everyone...
Read more5 stars because i am completely biased and i love these doughnuts...but. They still make them too sweet. At the greenfield park location in the south shore, where they make them in-house and can actually see vertical and horizontal conveyors flip these goodies from fryer to glace (entirely worth the trip) you can have the doughnuts without glace and have.a small amount of it on the side for dipping. Asides the stage one inducing sweetness, this location was the old Blanche Neige 1.99$ breakfast place with their snappy waitresses...still feels weird opening the door and not seeing eggs and bacon. The decor here is weird, meaning the space in the back has the cafeteria style chairs whilst the front has club chairs. Is it because they do not want too many people to hang around? Small details really and you can cut the sugar overload by not putting any in their coffees and by not consuming any sugar post doughnuts for the...
