Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Montreal

The sweet puffs (aka loukoumades) are some of the best I've ever had with a wide variety of choice in terms of toppings (even plain though they're great). When you take a bite you're hit with the crunchiness followed by a softness all tied in a knot by the sweet topping of your choice, the pastry is freshly made on order. Truly an experience in a bite.

I would give 5 stars for the food, in terms of sweet bites I'd give it a 6 out of 5 but when I went there for the first time I was greeted in a rude way with a frown on the face.

I proceeded to ask for a medium box at 10$ (there was a deal that appeared on the TV quoting "Go HABS Go" the offer was 10$ for a medium box from Monday to Friday. The lady looked at me weird turned around to her colleagues then looked at me and told me that it's only on the days they play (which is clearly not true given that the ad said Monday to Friday without any other constraints). Horrible! I order a few times from this location through Uber and I would say out of 5 or 6x only ONCE I got fresh loukoumades other times they are over cooked and hard to the point my jaw hurts. I don’t know why I kept wasting my money with this location I always want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I think they are badly trained or just don’t care. The worst part is the coffee they have NO IDEA how to make coffee ! Today was my 2ed time I ordered coffee from them back in October and it was watery ! This time i gave it another shot and order a FREDO cappuccino we all know that fredo is cold coffee ,….. they gave me HOT! Hahahaahaa . I was really looking forward for a nice fredo coffee to remind me a bit of Greece . Mr. Puffs is the ultimate spot for satisfying sweet cravings, especially in winter! Their warm, freshly made puffs are pure bliss—crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness.

The minimum order is 12 pieces, which might seem like a lot, but trust me, they disappear fast! I went with two flavors—Choc Noisette and Bueno—and both were absolutely delicious. The chocolatey richness pairs perfectly with the warm, pillowy puffs, making each bite indulgent and comforting.
