I would give 5 stars for the coffee, but one for the customer service. It’s not for all employees. Just one, but had the bad luck of being served by this employee multiple times. Today, Tuesday, September 30, at around 1:30pm, I was on my lunch break and went to the coffee shop fast to get my favourite coffee beans. I park and while parking I see the employee closing and locking the door, but only went to the door next to the coffee shop and stayed there outside. I cross the street and try to open, maybe I didn’t see properly and someone else might be inside. But it was locked. The employee saw me crossing the street, staying a few good 10-15 seconds in front of the shop and said nothing. Then I went back to my car and while I was leaving I see the employee going back for another male customer, literally seconds after. After he saw me crossing the street and going back to my car. Every time I encountered this person I had bad service and attitude. Everyone needs a break and could have waited if: a message on the door would show 10-15 min return, if he would have said to me, “it won’t be long”…anything. So today I lost time and money (gas), and you lost a customer. I was a fairly new, but regular customer. I hope you will try to manage so that you don’t lose any...

Looking for fresh coffee these days is a little more complicated. Found this place in my area. Walked in on a late Monday afternoon in September and was very well served by Morgan. She took the time to talk and answer a lot of my questions. I tried Colombia supremo and Peru, as well as an espresso in store. My shopping experience was above my expectations.
