Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

I visited this location on yesterday (18/09/2024) around 9:30. I met a cashier named Divya who doesn’t know how to take order, don’t have any politeness, was really busy talking on her airpods.

I showed her my previous online order from my email she could not still do it properly. She was making the same order expensive for no reason when I particularly asked her I want the exact same order.

She even asked me-“you ate this pizza you should know its taste for which sauce to add”. What the ridiculous question. She is not a good presenter at all.

Another girl came to explain her how to make the order then she was able to make it. Learning & growing is part of everyone’s life but keep your negative emotions to yourself please. Try to embrace the culture where you work by being a little approachable.

She is not friendly at all, no smile, no response for thank you, very occupied on her AirPods phone call, distracted, don’t have any patience for customer even though she need to learn order taking. I don’t know why they even scheduled her to present her attitude to customers.

I called for a pick up order 15 min later i showed up at the counter to pick it up and for 15 mins i stood in front of the cashier trying to tell her im here to pick up my order but she ignored me to speak to her friends Then i waved my hand to get her attention and she has no clue im standing in front of her the whole time!

After she ignored me i left and then they called me saying i never came to pick up my order I explained to them i showed up and no one let me pick up my order

Then she proceeded to tell me to come back to pick it up again

So i went again and now they said i never showed up

I told them i will never order from pizza pizza again worst service ever!!

I whould never ignore a customer like that and waste food

I hope this never happens to anyone else I will never step foot in that restaurant in my life Wonder if the owner of the restaurant is aware of what they’re doing over there...

Absolutely terrible delivery service - avoid at all costs!

I had one of the worst delivery experiences ever with this place. The delivery driver dropped my drinks right at my entrance, breaking them and leaving my doorway sticky with spilled soda. They just left me with the pizza and casually said they'd "come back in 5 minutes" with replacements.

45 minutes later - still no drinks and no communication. I had to call them myself only to be told the replacement was "5 minutes away." This is completely unacceptable customer service. When you make a mistake, you fix it immediately, not leave customers waiting nearly an hour for a resolution.

The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking. I wouldn't recommend their delivery service to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere that actually cares about...
