I ordered a raspberry tartelette (small pie) and a Long espresso, and my friend ordered a Viennoiserie (Danish) and a coffee. The coffee was ok, the dessert looked good at first. The tart's crust, however was damp (not fresh) and my friend noticed that one of the raspberries had green mold spots on it ! I took it inside and showed one of the employees the mould spots, and he simply said took it, and said "thank you for letting us know", that's it. He did not apologize for serving me rotten food, nor did he offer to exchange it for something else. Bottom line, a place that charges premium prices for for rotten food, and a mediocre service. Read moreIt's a nice and cozy place that has a lot of different bakeries to pick from ! A downsize in here is that if you're in a hurry, don't go there. The service was extremely slow and they only do 1 order at the time.. When I received my order, the mug/cup I've gotten is dirty and been chipped 😓
Aside of that, my food was very good !! I really like the chocolatine avalanche fondant (I think that was the name of it) !! 💖

The espresso was made to perfection, and the croissants (note that I’m a very picky croissant eater) were extraordinary. Probably the best I’ve ever had in Montreal. It definitely helped that they were fresh out of the oven. Wow. I’m still raving about them...
