If you’re in the mood for sweet crepes, this place might be worth a visit—but only if you’re here strictly for dessert. The atmosphere is cool, and they specialize in sweet crepes and fondue, so naturally, we had to try a few. We ordered three crepes in total: the Nutella & Fruit Crepe, the Camp Fire, and the Ham It Up. The sweets were absolutely splendid - generous portions, rich flavor, and definitely enough for two people to share. The Nutella & Fruit crepe, in particular, was our favorite. Now, I knew savory dishes weren’t their main thing, but I decided to give the Ham It Up a shot anyway, since I like having both sweet and savory during a meal. Big mistake. I can confidently say: don’t order it. The presentation was off, the taste was terrible, and neither of us could eat more than a bite—it went straight to waste. Unfortunately, the service didn’t help make the experience any better. The waitress only came over once to check if we had placed our order, and after that, we didn’t see her again until the crepes were about to be served. She brought a bottle of water just before the food arrived, which felt a bit late. No one was around to ask questions or assist, and overall, the service felt inattentive. So, if you’re just looking for a quick, tasty dessert, especially one of their sweet crepes, go ahead and give it a try. But don’t expect much from the service, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for a proper meal. Stick to dessert, enjoy the atmosphere, and you’ll...

Disappointing. The menu has changed. Simply put, the hot chocolate (which this place is supposed to be known for, hence Cacao 70) is nowhere near the same quality and honestly even wasn't as good as the grocery-store-brand-powdered one I have at home. To make things more disappointing, my friend and I had asked for the thickest hot chocolate on the menu. Our other friend had gone for one made with a dark chcocolate powder. Mine and my first friend's was nowhere near thick, was as thin as powdered hot chocolate made with skim milk, while the other friend who had not cared had a drink that was considerably thicker. When we asked the waitress about it, she said 'Oh, well yours should be thicker, since it's made with chocolate' We showed her the clear thinness of ours vs. the thickness of our other friends. She just repeated 'Oh, well it shouldn't be like that, because hers is made with powder and yours with chocolate.' And that was the end of the discussion. Nothing about righting her mistake, or sorry for her mistake in her product knowledge, or replacing our drinks with something we would preger, or even getting a discount for getting the wrong thing recommended by the waitress......And if ours were really made with chocolate, then it must have been extremely watered down. We used to enjoy coming here, and now none of us...

I rarely leave bad reviews but I would not recommend this place for a large group! We had reserved a week early for 10 people at 1pm, I had called and spoke to the restaurant a few times to confirm for the brunch options. They confirmed we could order 3 options multiple times and that it ended at 2pm. It ended up being a disaster for my guests!

As my guest started arriving at 1pm no one warned us about running out of food

When everyone arrived at 1:20 we started ordering and everyone wanted the Volcano brunch the waitress was very rude and said there was no more Volcano and that we should have come earlier because anyways the brunch ends at 1:30 (which on the phone they said 2pm)

I told her I called before and I was never told they could run out or we needed to come earlier, I have been to multiple brunch places in the city and no one runs out of their menu at 1pm...

To offer my guest seafood options I had to pay an extra bowl of smoked salmon to each guest

We had no choice but to order the Gourmand and once it arrived we had to wait over 5-10 mins to get fork and knives!

To top it off, the eggs and omelet were cold

They made multiple mistakes on our drinks.

I felt very ashamed bringing guests at this restaurant because of the poor service and planning. Avoid at all cost if u're more...

Very cozy and cute place. The staffs were kind and nice service. We got the food pretty quick and it was delicious.

First time trying, it was always so hyped up over the years so i decided to try. The service was poor. Waiter seemed careless and his vibe was off. As the guest, it turned me right off. The waiter just pointed to a table when we arrived and then we waited like 10 mins to get a menu. I had to ASK for water. The “j’adore bacon” crepe was not good at all. Bacon was like the precooked and then reheated bacon. It was tasteless, soggy and chewy. Grilled chicken wasn’t good either, low quality. Basically what you’d get if you ordered from McDonald’s or Tim Hortons except you’d be paying a lot less.. To make things worse, our crepes didn’t even come warm. Now, I didn’t expect the best.. but i expected better than that. When I went up to the cash to pay I asked for at least a discount because i didn’t eat it and it was just poor food. He said that he “can’t do anything now” but if i told him before maybe he could’ve done something.. However, he didn’t come around not once to check if everything was to our satisfactory. Fondue was decent but it is just fruits and melted chocolate. The best thing that i ordered was the hot chocolate. This was a waste of money in my opinion and i wouldn’t come back.
