Does anyone else have trouble with the responsiveness of the website? Hungg gap and just rolling in the empty. Also, please put login on first page...I don't need, as a customer, to have to go through a landing page or funnel. For the food, you don't order there because your health is important! Comfort food could be better quality for the price paid. More options would be appreciated. Thank you. Edit: Had a delivery this night and the delivery guy and the receptionist were A1! They must've been very busy cause they had forgotten my tenders and my poutine and offered to give me chef coin credits for the items but I was hungry and asked if there was time to deliver them. So they did and it was quick! Even gave me complementary sauces and a fried mars bar as a surprise! I was elated at the courtesies they showed! But, then again, I was polite and had given a decent tip. The food was good and perfect temperature! I'd still like them to offer more options, if possible but quality is ok for what they offer. I now use the app. as it's way more convenient and less of a pain in the a$$ to go through. You can track your order after the order page or in history of transactions. Edit2: Got my delivery. My crisp burger was good but not hot hot,you know? And instead of Sprite×1 I got 2×lemoniced tea named Fuze. I didn't know they had this. I saw they had Monster drink in their list when ordering. I wasn't informed of the substitution and I disn't get my salad. Will follow-up with customer service tomorrow about that. I think I'll try ordering earlier than 1h22. Also, I tried installing the app I previously had and it doesn't work, even with location turned on. Update on edit #2: I was contacted and got 8$ in Chef's coins. He said I didn't receive the right cold bag. He responded in 48 hours. All 😎👍 For the app, he asked some screenshots. LOL! I gave him the black screen I got and the icon of the app. I'll try again and hope it works.🤷‍♀️

Went to this spot because it was late and one of the only places still open. There were a few people in front of me, so I ordered online since they have signs up in the restaurant encouraging you to do so. Got a combo with chicken tenders and small poutine. As I waited for my food, they kept calling people's orders out, and the people in front of me who ordered in person got their food about 15 minutes after they ordered. Meanwhile, I had to wait. After about 30 minutes of me standing near the counter waiting, the male employee asked if I wanted something. I said I was waiting on my order, and he then checked the storage box at the counter and my order was in it. He just never had called out to say it was ready, which was frustrating since he wasted my time. Once I took my food and went back to my hotel to eat, I discovered the chicken tenders were over cooked, burnt and dry. And the poutine tasted exactly like a Costco poutine (same fries, curds and sauce), and very mediocre. I don't understand the high ratings here, and I would not recommend.

One of the best hamburger restaurant that I know. We are ordering food at work through online and on call since we don't have time to go there. But yesterday, I have some free time and decided to take a visit. The place is located in downtown near metro Place Des Arts (Green Line) with around 5 min of walking. The retaurant is a little bit small in my opinion. It can accomdate around 15-30 people inside. They have tables outside but I don't recommend it since it is located in a busy road. When visiting, I checked if the place is clean. I can give it 9/10 for that. The staff are friendly. I ordered a banana milkshake and this mushroom burger with rounded fries. It is really good. You can ask for extra sauce for the fries with no charge. I got garlic mayo sauce. I recommend this restaurant. There's also free wifi here. It does not matter if you go here or just order online. They are also available via JustEat. PS. I am not paid for giving this review. This is honest opinion review about this place.

I’ve been a loyal and frequent customer of Chef since it opened back when I was a student in my early 20’s, the store can verify how frequently and generously I would order from them. They always has sustainable packaging, I know the trend has been to over charge since Covid, but when it’s cheaper to order from a 4 star italien restaurent in the old port, considered to be THE most expensive area for food in the city, who can even claim a tourist surcharge V/S a BLT with a « pathetically small salade » (your salad was bigger just a few years ago, out of principle, I simply can no longer partake in the price abuse this once « student friendly » eatery has taken on. Sure you’ll find new customers that don’t realize your now charging 5$ per chicken tender, but as a faithful customer for 15 years, I’m honestly disgusted n ashamed of what you have become. Your food is good, I’ll never deny your quality of food, but your now royally ripping ppl off n for a « fast food place » you legit became TOTALLY not worth place a single dollar towards. My money will go to reputable restaurants in the old port since it’s cheaper to get real quality « expensive » meals versus your chicken tenders. Your charging “5 star” prices for a student palate, it simply doesn’t make sense to order from...

We went there at 11pm last night after the Jazz fest. My friend ordered a milkshake trought their website as suggested by the signs on the walls. We waited for 45 minutes without ever receiving the order. People who came in after us and ordered at the counter had their order and left but we where still there waiting like turkeys. It seamed like a pilecrap of disorganisation behind the counter. They where pilling loads of bagged orders on the counter without knowing who it belonged to. instead of yelling the names out loud they would just talk at low volume and we couldnt ear anything. They had high volume music in the entrance which was preventing us from earing the names they would call. We ended leaving without the order. What a bad experience. They should really think about having a billbord with numbers lighted on them. Last time my friend requested to stop there (a few years back) we had the same issue, with unacceptable wait times and disorganisation. Like they dont care for their clientele. My advice to the owner: Organise your business, service is really bad right now you should focus in finding ways to lower the wait time and also make sure everyone gets served in a...
