Let me just say that receiving a note such as the photo I attached to this review is unacceptable. Tried to call but this is not okay. It is not appropriate to warn a customer in the manner this store has done. FYI to this location if you want OAT MILK to be charged update your DOORDASH selection. There was no option for OAT MILK, and I’m lactose intolerant. So before attacking a customer. Check your application first. Not the first time I e received terrible service from this location either in person, through UBER EATS or DOORDASH....

I have never received the worst customer service in my life and I have seen pretty bad ones. Got a coffee and cup was leaking so went back to ask for an extra cup and got refused straight up. So I asked for napkin instead and he refused me again saying I can't give you anything. Please don't go to them so they realize there mistake and learn from it. CARRYING A BAD NAME...

The smoothies are truly INCREDIBLE and the staff/owners are even better. I love the place and I will be back again today! I am now coming back 2 or 3 times a week and I can't possibly say enough good things about the service or the drinks. In my almost 79 years of life I have never tasted anything even close to their caramel Chai or Matcha drinks. TRULY...
