Café Navire — Restaurant in Montreal

Sans prétention, unique, apaisant, charmant, créatif et délicieux. Le Café Navire offre non seulement un bon café dans une atmosphère agréable, mais aussi un degré de qualité, d'intention et de sophistication modeste que je n'ai trouvé nulle part ailleurs lors de ma visite à Montréal, notamment l'incorporation de la botanique dans les thés qui rend cet endroit distinct de votre café moyen et encourageant pour l'avenir de cet établissement. Vous pouvez sentir l'intentionnalité et le soin apportés à la création des boissons.

Passons maintenant aux boissons :) J'ai essayé l'espresso qui était le plus audacieux et le plus propre que j'ai jamais eu et le Papillon Bleu à suivre qui est un thé bleu laiteux. Tellement unique et apaisant ! Était très agréable à boire. Ma femme avait le Latte Dore qui était un thé au curcuma au gingembre avec du lait que je ne pouvais pas me retenir d'essayer et qui était absolument délicieux et revigorant. Les boissons étaient si bonnes que j'ai dû commander un V60 pour y aller (le V60 étant une méthode de brassage de haute qualité que vous ne trouvez pas souvent ou pas du tout à Montréal, si unique à ce café également).

Dans l'ensemble, je me suis bien amusé ici et je me ferai un devoir de prendre un café et de passer une matinée ici lors de ma prochaine visite dans cette ville.

Unassuming, unique, calming, charming, creative, and delicious. Cafe Navire not only delivers good coffee in a pleasant atmosphere, but also a degree of quality, intention, and modest sophistication that I have not found anywhere else in my visit to Montreal, notably the incorporation of botanics in the teas which makes this place distinct from your average cafe and encouraging to the future of this establishment. You can feel the intentionality and care that has gone into the creation of the drinks.

Now on to the drinks:) I tried the espresso which was the boldest and cleanest that I ever had and the Papillon Bleu to follow which is a milky blue tea. So unique and soothing! Was very enjoyable to drink. My wife had the Latte Dore which was a ginger turmeric tea with milk which I could not hold myself back from trying and was absolutely delicious and invigorating. The drinks were so good that I had to order a V60 to go (V60 being a high quality brewing method of which you don’t find often or at all in Montreal so unique to this cafe as well).

All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself here and will make a point to grab coffee and spend a morning here on my next visit to this city.
