Rude and cold service. Iām so disappointed ā¦let me explain why:
I called Saturday August 24th at 1:20 saying iād like to order a cake. The girl (spoke french from France) asks: āokay what cake do you want?ā, and i said āWhich ones do you have? How does it work?ā. This girl LAUGHS in a sarcastic way and says āweeeeellā¦. all our cakes are on our websiteā. I paused for a moment and said āoh okay, I was just asking because sometimes the cakes on the website are not always the cakes that are actually there in the store. Itās not always updated so I preferred asking you directlyā¦...ā
She proceeds to say: āokk what cake do you want on the website?ā
And I simply said: āiāll go somewhere else because I donāt appreciate you laughing at my questionā¦ā
She didnāt even apologize after I shared that with herā¦she just said: āokay! Bonne journĆ©e!!ā in a cold way And hung up right away.
I am shookā¦So rude and so passive aggressive for no reason, instead of simply serving a customer politely with kindness. Laughing at my question was not necessary at all.
What a shame to witness such cold customer service. How can an employee act this way, in THIS economy where every sale and customer is important for the business?
I was excited to buy a cake from thereā¦but being laughed at really left me feeling so confused and hurt. I hope this employee will learn from our exchange and be more professional in her future exchanges with customers. Wishing...

The person who was working was very rude (I went on a weekday around 5 pm )⦠the place was not all crowded and they didnāt have what I wanted . Since I moved to this place recently I asked if I come at a different time would I get that item . She had no patience to answer it she shouted ā you buy what you see , look what is here buy and go ā I felt really embarrassed. She didnāt seem to care and then since they were out of most of the stuff I got something and while billing she just threw the food on the counter I had to use the card without pay-pass that day so it took time and she didnāt have enough patience to let me do that . she took another customer when I was still paying . I felt as though they wanted me out of the store .. it was not like the store was crowded. I saw people before me ordering and paying and taking more than enough time . She just wanted to get rid of me and I donāt know what I did to her . I even paid tips after all this embarrassment. I would never come back to the store again . I will go to other locations even though itās far but will never come back to...

Everything in this place looked so good, when I took my first bite from the Bostock then I couldnāt believe that something so simple looking could taste that amazing. Soft from the inside, little crumbles on the outside. It had raspberries and I think marzipan or something that reminded the flavor. The Oh Mon Dieu! Was great as well, a lot of chocolate:) Sweet but not too sweet.
