Dear Domino’s Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent unsatisfactory experience at one of your stores.
I placed an order and specifically requested for the pizza to be well done, along with additional chilli flakes, oregano, and garlic & herbs. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was undercooked and clearly did not meet the instructions I had provided. When I contacted the store, I was informed dismissively that “everything comes in our sauce,” which did not address my specific request.
Additionally, when I called the store to raise my concerns, the staff were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue properly, I was told that I needed to return to the store in person and show them the pizza to “prove” the mistake – even after I sent photos to the number provided. This response was both inconvenient and frustrating.
To add to my concern, I noticed that staff were not wearing hairnets or caps, and were touching the computer system and then directly handling food without changing gloves or washing hands, which raises serious hygiene issues.
As a regular customer, I expect better standards in both food quality and service. I urge you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure such issues do not repeat in the future. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding how this complaint is...
Read moreI am giving no stars to this service, as it was the worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s—especially at this particular store. Whoever works on Saturday nights is absolutely ridiculous and arrogant.
I placed an order online, and when I arrived at the store, my pizza wasn’t ready. They told me to wait 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I asked again, and they said, “Just 10 more minutes.” When I asked again, another employee came over and, to my surprise, they hadn’t even started making my pizza.
That employee was extremely rude and said, “I have nothing to do with that,” even though he was the one responsible for making the pizza. When I asked how it was possible they hadn’t even started, he continued to speak rudely and said, “I can make it now.”
What’s the point of ordering online if, after waiting for almost half an hour, you still have to deal with this kind of rubbish service ? Absolutely...

We usually order pizza, breadstick with extra sauce, chocolate cake and chicken pasta. Every time we order will have some problem like for example: sauce will be missing , pizza will be very dry and last week when I ordered chicken pasta but chicken was not available in that. And sometimes pasta will be roasted. I noticed directly in the shop there was an Indian person who made but today I noticed that there was a Philippine lady who prepared pasta so tasty, yummy and delicious. I don’t know her name but thank you very much for her. My family really enjoyed it.
