Just ordered a Large 14 inch All dressed Pizza with Pepperoni, green pepper, red roasted pepper, mushrooms, light onions. + 10 wings and a 500 ml sprite. Cost about 34$ with tips. However, after the driver left, the pizza was missing the PEPPERONI, no mushrooms and no green peppers as written in my order. I called the phoneline. Talked to the supervisor I guess. He said the cook made a mistake and that he would give me free 2 large pizza for my future purchase. Told him I was starving and I was with my lil brother who visited me ( once in a bluemoon ) and that I really wanted my pizza I order with full ingredients. The man said unfortunately, the store was closed and there was nothing he could do... except to apologize and give me 2 free large pizza in the future. Told him alright, but I don't think I will order again there. I've ordered many pizza in the past ( maybe 15 times ) and never had this issue. I would of really appreciated it if they took the time to cook me another pizza with all the ingredients that should of been there. I am a long time customer and always paid and gave tips. Unfortunately, I won't order there anymore as their cook ( maybe he is new ) doesn't seem to know how to read an order properly... and that there is no "customer service" provided after they made a mistake on their end. I would of recommended this place if they would of consider re-cooking another pizza... but I guess I wasn't worth it. I will order from "Pizza Pizza" from now on as they don't seem to have a "reading" issue somewhat. I suggest "everyone" to look inside your Pizza box" before you pay. Because if you pay first... and that they make a mistake afterwards, they won't cook you another pizza. They will simply apply a credit on your next order. I know some will say it was fair... but you don't understand. I had a visit of a family member who rarely visits me... and I needed that pizza to be "fully" cooked with the ingredients I paid for... and I am a "long time customer". So their resolution was not "satisfactory" and they lost me as a customer. All this for one pizza... all you guys needed to do is to cook me another pizza...even if you store is closed...it's your fault and you need to learn to make sacrifices and think of your long time customers...but since you don't understand it, I'm giving you 1 star. Thanks for nothing. Won't order there again. Good luck in...
Read moreMy experience at Domino's was incredibly disappointing due to the poor service I received. At 8:55 pm, I placed my order with a cashier who seemed confused and Had to call another one to help him take my order. I ordered VEG pasta with Alfredo sauce, green pepper, pineapple, and onions. When I asked her how long it would take, she said 15 minutes. However, my patience was tested when around 9:15pm, she asked me again about my pasta toppings. The wait dragged on for 35 minutes and by this point, I was growing increasingly frustrated. I decided to check with another employee(9:28pm) if my order was ready. He asked for my name and then handed me my order with receipt.Upon arriving home, I eagerly checked my order and saw they had prepared pasta with chicken, not the toppings I had requested. Frustrated, I immediately called the store to address the mistake. To my surprise, the response I received lacked any semblance of an apology. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once did anyone from the store apologize for the inconvenience or the mistakes made. For them, it's just a pasta order of 10-11$, but it's hard-earned money for someone, and they should understand. I understand that they were a bit busy and working hard, but proper customer service should never be compromised.Having numerous employees around, it was disappointing to see that no one appeared serious about their work or committed to ensuring orders were prepared accurately and efficiently. In conclusion, my experience at Domino's was marred by frequent miscommunications, extended wait times, incorrect order preparation, and a lack of accountability from the staff. I hope that in the future, they take steps to improve their service to avoid such disappointing experiences for...
Read moreI had the worst experience with Domino's yet! I had to order my pizza 3 times til they finally got it right. I ordered my pizza and requested pineapple on one half and feta cheese on the other due to my fiance being severely allergic to pineapple. I also ordered a box of 10 honey garlic chicken wings. When my first delivery came we took our food and when we opened the box the pineapple and fetta was all over the pizza and the wings were not honey garlic but spicy bbq. So I called back complaining and they offered to either bring another pizza or put it on my file. I agreed to put it on my file for the next day. Now it's the next evening and I call Domino's asking for my free pizza and wings on file, they tell me it was already used!! I speak to the manager complaining how I didn't even use my free order and I want my food. The people then bring me now a second order of my food to my door and my fiance goes up to get it only to send the delivery guy back because yet AGAIN the pineapple and fetta cheese was all over the pizza! I call back for the third time about my order and now they tell me the manager is making my food for me. Only after the third time Domino's finally makes my order right when it should have been done right the first time! My fiance could have ended up in the hospital over an order that can't get done right. I am never ordering from...
