!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

we have been loyal customers to Dominos for many years now and never have we ever been this disappointed with the service. Tonight we decided to order a 14" Brooklyn Pizza as well as a 12" Pepperoni Pizza & Cinna Bites.

Where should we start? We asked for Cinna Bites, we got Garlic Bites. We asked for light cheese and received no cheese. The sauce on the pizza felt tampered with. Since we've been ordering there for many years and detected an odd taste to it.

We called to get the situation resolved. The phone was answered by the "manager" claiming to be Roby. He was very rude, and condescending, he had no manners when it came to customer service. The manager was arguing with us about the wrong order, claiming he made it himself and there was no issue with it. (The pizza was cut into 12 slices rather than 6) He kept going back and forth and decided to disconnect the call, but he forgot to disconnect and was mocking the situation in the background.

We called back and got a different employee claiming their supervisor was unavailable at the moment and could not take the call. They also refused to provide their name. This employee mentioned he would send a driver back to get the pizza and issue a refund, it's been over an hour and a half and no one has come yet.

We made another call and were instructed to patiently wait a bit longer as their driver was occupied with delivering orders, after a delay of 2 hours still no driver in sight.

As owners of an incorporation ourselves, we firmly believe that excellent customer service is vital for the success of any business.

As a result of the unprofessional behaviour of a manager, we will allocate the necessary time to escalate this issue to higher management or pursue...

A small mistake that was handeled very poorly.

We ordered a pizza with tomatoes and extra chicken. We also wanted to try the New York style with extra wide slices as it was a new crust option. When the pizza arrived, we noticed that there was not as much chicken as we usually get (even though we order from this location regularly). We also noticed that the pizza was not cut correctly.

We phoned the store and explained the situation. They asked us to send a photo which we did. They acknowledged that the pizza was not cut correctly and that there should have been more chicken. They also suggested that, in the future, if we order extra chicken, that we should place the order online with extra chicken and then call the store to make sure they put extra chicken. We weren't sure why we would need to take that extra step if it was just to repeat what was already in the online order.

They offered to credit us $6. We explained that, for medical reasons, we needed a certain proportion of protein so we actually could not eat the pizza as-is. They offered to send us a new pizza but a small instead of a medium as we had originally ordered. We weren't sure why they would not replace our order with the same pizza. Nevertheless, we accepted it. Unfortunately, while our original pizza took around 20 minutes to recieve, the new one took about an hour. As well, the new pizza did not have tomatoes as our original pizza. This meant that we were missing the fibre requirement even though the protein...

Updates Nov. 19 : I ordered 3 pizza last night...the delivery guy showed me the payment machine first while he was holding the Pizza and put down the 2 sodas on the ground. So I had to pay first but the machine show tip 15% up...I was thinking regular tip but I decided to put 15% tip for delivery...but what I didn't know was they already charged the delivery fee of $5 in advance which I realized after getting the bill. I was thinking that's why the guy showed me the machine first without deliver the pizza and beverage...I don't mind give a big tip but deceiving someone is another... So total delivery and tip was $17 for & $80 orders...be ware this kind cheating guys!!! Even one of of pizza was detached all a part which I guess he dropped by mistake...

Updated ; Dominos showed compassion and supplied us with 10 free pizzas the following club night !! Mistakes happen and we commend Dominos for stepping up to the plate to support us as loyal customers !! " I guess it's fair enough...specially their cheese stick is always very tasty....

The service is horrible.. we ordered 15 pizzas for our club but never came even though we had ordered 1 days before. I will never order any pizza from this restaurant anymore...I hope to give them less...

Cancelled my order with no compensation because they don't have not enough delivery guys.. 21-04-2024 - Asked for LD, lightly done as it is an option on their website. This is what I got, two burnt pizza, just like last time. I called to complain and the girl told me they are not allowed to send out uncooked pizza anymore. It's like, I never wanted uncooked pizza in the first place, when you sent it to me I never complained about that, I just put it in my oven a few mins and it was perfectly cooked after. Everything you order that has cheese on top arrives BURNT to a crisp, like chips! So let's say you order chicken? cause you think chicken is gonna be great, but nooooo, they put cheese on top and burn the hell out of it. Fix that problem and your business will go up, it's really not that hard.

Cancelled my order with no compensation because they don't have not enough delivery guys.. 21-04-2024 - Asked for LD, lightly done as it is an option on their website. This is what I got, two burnt pizza, just like last time. I called to complain and the girl told me they are not allowed to send out uncooked pizza anymore. It's like, I never wanted uncooked pizza in the first place, when you sent it to me I never complained about that, I just put it in my oven a few mins and it was perfectly cooked after. Everything you order that has cheese on top arrives BURNT to a crisp, like chips!
