Bombay Grill&Sweets — Restaurant in Montreal

My son went in and accidentally paid the lady for 2 chicken sandwiches that we already ordered which was not at her restaurant. He accidentally went into her restaurant. She didn’t tell him and instead acted like it was from her restaurant. So he paid her. He didn’t realize at first but then we realized and tried to cancel less than a minute after speaking to her. She rudely advised that she cannot cancel because she already made the sandwiches. I was shocked because how can someone make a sandwich this fast? She refused to cancel the order but I advised I can’t eat her sandwiches and we didn’t even place it at her restaurant. We only eat halal. She did not respect my religions requirement and demanded I take the sandwiches still. I told her eventually that she can even keep the money but let me take some sweets or anything else that’s veggie. I only eat halal. I can’t eat her sandwiches. She refused to accommodate this. She was extremely rude. She lacked any courtesy for her customers. This was the worst customer service. She was arguing so much and I felt so disrespected. Then her husband joined her and began attacking me as well. I was trying to resolve the situation by even explaining that mistakes happen but we can’t eat their meat so let me just take something else. Also, I would never have eaten her sandwiches because how can someone make sandwiches in less than a minute? It shows she doesn’t serve fresh meat. We went have a sit down meal inside the restaurant. The main lady that works there told me to go grab the menus (instead of coming to my table and giving them to me) and then when we asked her if we can get a certain meal, she refused to give it to us. Isn't that the main point of a restaurant? TO SERVE FOOD TO CUSTOMERS? How do you refuse to serve something? Anyways, we asked for something else (chana bhatura plate) and she said that instead of ordering the plate, we have to order each thing separately (ie. channa, bhatura, yogurt, salad). If we can order it separately, why can't she just give us the plate? You want to know why? Because ordering the plate will make her less money than us ordering each thing separately. I have been to this Restaurant couple of times. I heard that food is tasty and service is bad. Anyway I thought of checking it out myself. Food is good but Really the service is bad. Even as per Indian Restaurants where you dont expect high level of service, this one has worst service. I paid through debit card and for some reason it didnt go through the first time and the owner lady(as I think) was rude because they had to do another transaction. Well, it was not really my fault that it didnt go through the first time and everywhere they are nice and just let you try the second time but this lady was rude to me(customer) for this stupid happening.
