This Domino’s location seems to not understand the concept of extra cheese. Don’t get your hopes up, they will casually hit you with a “yes, no problem,” but the reality is: You won’t be charged and you will not see it on your pizza. Something to consider if you order online, because you have those options of extra, double and even triple. And you will be charge, but you won’t see s*. Which is why I decided to stop and order at that location, so I can be intentional in my demand.
As a frequent customer living nearby, I’ve observed this pattern repeatedly. It’s almost as if they actively avoid fulfilling extra cheese orders, no matter how crystal clear or polite you sound for the request. I’ve tested this several times, and the outcome is always the same, they simply won’t do it.
On one occasion, the manager was present and personally ensured I received extra cheese. He even extended a kind gesture, offering a deal because I’m a regular customer. That experience stood out as exceptional service. Unfortunately, when the manager isn’t around, it’s piss poor customer service, leaving me consistently disappointed.
Honestly, if adding extra cheese is this big of a problem for them, maybe they should just take it off the menu altogether and save us all the...
Read moreAs a Muslim, I take my dietary restrictions seriously and clearly specified to the cashier that I do not eat pork when ordering a vegetarian pizza. However, I witnessed a staff member handling pork pepperoni for another order and then touching my vegetables without washing his hands or using gloves. This is unacceptable, especially in a food establishment that should uphold basic hygiene standards.
When I approached the supervisor to address this serious issue, instead of apologizing or resolving the problem, he was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He even had the audacity to blame me for the situation! Thankfully, the cashier acknowledged my concerns and agreed to remake the pizza.
But the supervisor’s childish behavior didn’t stop there. He deliberately made me wait over 30 minutes for a simple pizza as if to punish me for raising the issue. This level of unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customer service is appalling.
This Domino’s location is an absolute disgrace, both in terms of hygiene and customer treatment. I would never recommend it to anyone and will certainly never be returning. If you care about cleanliness, respect, and proper service, go...
Read moreFor reference, I am a Black woman - this will come into play. I came in just this Sunday evening for the $5 10" pizza promotion. Upon walking in, I stood there and was ignored for over 15 minutes by staff, 2 of whom had made direct eye contact with me and saw I was waiting to order. I eventually gave up and left because no one was addressing me. I decided to do a pickup order instead to avoid waiting there while they ignored me - this meant that I did not get to have the $5 promotion. I returned for my pick up order and a White couple walked in a couple seconds before me. As soon as they walked up, someone was there asking for their order within about 10 seconds. They were able to order the $5 promotion pizza with no issue and then it took about 5 minutes after that for someone to acknowledge my presence and ask me if I had ordered online. The staff that was working Sunday July 27th at 6:30pm did not even attempt to hide their racial bias and it was incredibly disheartening to see how quickly they acknowledged the presence of White people versus me. Terrible customer service...
