Today I went with my friend to eat there for lunch. Outside they had a sign that for launch special Pizza together with a drink was $ 11. We went inside and a middle-aged waiter gave us the menus. I did not look the menu - my friend did. I asked directly the waiter to recommend me one of the lunch specials. He suggested a Pizza and he said that is coming with a soft drink. I told him that I usually do not have soft drinks. “But” I said “if is included then bring me also the soft drink but bring me also cold regular water”. My friend ordered by the menu. After a while they brought us 2 Pizzas. Both Pizzas were very small and they were no tasty at all. After he brought us the bill. And I see that in the bill he charged me $ 12 for this disgusting Pizza and $ 3 extra for a small cane soft drink. I said to him kindly that he did a mistake. I ordered the special and I even ask him to recommend me a Pizza from the special. He came to our table and he start screaming and insulting my friend and me. He was telling us that all was our fault and we were responsible for not understanding what he said. We were 2 people. Both we understood that we asked for the special and we both understood that the soft drink was included. Not only he did not accept anything but he was insulting us big time – we are stupid not to understand what special is. I HONESTLY WANTED TO CALL THE POLICE. Not only he stolen from us a few dollars but he wanted on top of that to accept that we are stupid. My friend pulled me by my sleeve. Does not worth to create a big case – we just both lost a few dollars. I am writing this immediately after the event. The experience was terrible. The portions were very small and not tasty. They steal you and they insult you on top of that. I will never go there and I advice...

First off, I have been to F+F pizzas countless times and I am not an F+F pizza hater. However, the last meal I had ordered for a quiet night in with a friend arrived incomplete (as it sometimes happened in the past) so I called again to get them to send over the missing items. I was answered by a cold, insulting Véronique who refused to complete my order on top of laughing at my seamingly ridicule request. We decided to go get it ourselves and, hopefully, have a word with the manager. We were welcomed by the same Véronique with her mouth full of pizza sitting at a counter. When confronted politely about her lack of customer service, the entire Quebec swear word dictionary along with other insults we thrown at me and my friend. The manager wasn't there, we finally returned to our now cold pizzas. I called the head office to file a formal complaint that lead to nothing.

So I can now conclude that F+F pizza does not care about not only customer service but also the basic politeness one would expect.

This was at F+F pizza Notre-Dame, which happens to be the flagship restaurant of the franchise, and honestly the worst one by far. If in the area, either skip the pizza or just order...

Came here on weekday for lunch to find the place to myself. It was being operated by a sole man who was probably the owner. I always appreciate some conversation in these one-on-one scenarios as an extrovert, which he did offer to a limited extent. Would have been nice to chat a bit more given that I was the only one there but I don’t hold that as any type of social obligation. The variety of pizzas is pretty good. Prices are not wildly high but not comfortably casual either. I got the lunch special that came with a drink and it came up to about $30, which didn’t exactly feel like a special. Now for the pizza itself – the dough and sauce were of pretty good quality. The ingredients really varied. The prosciutto being used resembled regular bacon, that one in particular didn’t impress me. While the pizza was tasty enough, it was very thin and flimsy. The pizza got pretty messy as it would flop and the ingredients would keep falling off, not the best texture to support all the ingredients, which he was fairly generous with. The place has a pretty casual atmosphere to it. Overall this place is not bad, closer to average...
