terrible service, very mean and rude manager

I had a tasting menu with my friend at the restaurant upstairs and then I was waiting for my friend to pick me up.

I was sitting at this bar and then the manager was staring at me for like half a minute and I was wondering what’s wrong, then he came up and said this is PRIVATE PROPERTY (???) that I can’t sit on this which made me feel very rude and uncomfortable. He said “YOU CAN GO OUT to wait for your friend”.

I have been to tons of luxury hotels and restaurants. This one is not as fancy as elsewhere but it has the MOST RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE towards the customer.

Keep up the good work 👏🏻 No wonder why this place feels like dead...

Was looking to wind down after a long work day and was welcomed at Le Flaneur by barman Charles with care and attention. He gladly suggested wines and cocktails to suit my mood - all of which were excellent recommendations. He ensured my experience at his bar was calm and relaxing, never rushed. My evening was so pleasant, I returned the following night and was treated with just as much professionalism. Five-star service. I will positively return when I am next...
