Frite Alors! — Restaurant in Montreal

i live in the area and come here often, came with a visiting anglo friend so we both spoke in english, rude staff have no tolerance for anglos, speaking loudly in french about us because they think there is no chance i can understand them. i am your neighbor yet you treat me like this because i simply ask for an english menu for me and my friend who is just visiting montreal. i won't be returning to this location. the girls working thursday evening feb 22nd were so rude, complete and total arrogance. if there were one other french speaking person in the restaurant i know you would not have behaved this way because you would have knowingly embarrassed yourselves. you are hateful losers for no good reason. you are the type of people who ruin this beautiful city. i never write reviews like this because i have infinite patience and love for service workers but i don't for people like you who think you're better than others. it's a fries and hamburger store. get...

The service is not the best for the long wait albeit the tasty food. Though this time, I was not impressed by the lack of gravy sauce I would expect for the high price. The time management is quite poor while I watch the employees have a nice chit-chat while we wait patiently. There were literally 5 employees working, and when I received my take-out bag, they forgot to add napkins and a fork. I waited a good 10 minutes while they could have prepared the bag with the utensils ahead of time. It was during the day and just me and another customer waiting. There was no reason to forget as there was no rush. Lack of professionalism for the high pricing for a combo meal. I even left a tip while paying before receiving my order, but will no longer do so next time. Please hire more responsible and better...

Really liked this small restaurant!

I was there on a Sunday with my family for a quick lunch. The staffs there are super nice and friendly to every customer, you can just tell the waiters and waitresses are happy doing what they do. The food was prepared with care and sooooo delicious, we have the club sandwich and European hot dog, both are amazing.
