I ordered for 60$ of Souvlaki & Yero and they forgot to put the Tzatziki sauces in the bags. How are you supposed to eat over half a kilo of meat without any sauce? Ruined dinner. Edit: I called the restaurant to complain. When they finally picked up, the nonchalant waiter didn't remotely care. We finally agreed that he would send me the sauce over by taxi. He never did. Terrible service. If you have a craving for Greek, avoid this restaurant at all cost and go to Kojax Eaton Center instead, the owner is super friendly and attentive.

Been to many Kojax, this one has the best service. Gentleman with black rimmed glasses had a great demeanour that I rarely see; definitely someone you want manning your front. Rest of the staff also had a sense of urgency. Food at this location seems to be fresher than others (got original yero) Pita bread was warm and fluffy, meat and onions thinly sliced and juicy, fries crispy on the outside and hot soft inside.

Nasty, stickey table. Smallest chicken stick ever, ketchup packs, obviously recovered from someone else's plate with goo on them, had to go and ask for salt and pepper which looked like they were recovered from someone no else. Not worth the price even with the coupon. Bathroom floor stickey too. Place could use a good clean up. I won't be back.

Good times didn’t last long 😝 I stopped eating at kojax a long time ago cause they keep trying to pass off dried-out old hero meat from the drawers hidden underneath their prep counter. But, when I saw that there was a new Kojax, right by the hospital where I work, I figured they they’d put in a little effort, as do most restaurants, when they first open. And indeed, first time I went, bout a month back, everything was spot on. I was able to a good ole Kojax like back in the day. Then, I went back yesterday and I noticed that despite the trio coming to bout $15, the fries were only3/4 full. Mentioned it to the lady at the counter but she brushed it off. No biggie, although i had to wait a solid 10-15 minutes for my trio. Went back today and same thing; fries don’t even reach the top of that tiny container.. Talk about cheap! Once again, I kindly told the lady, “it’s one thing that you’re weighing my sandwich on a scale but at this price, could you please, at least, top off my fries?”. She mumbled some excuse about the last batch of fries being done, then dismissed me with a “goodbye”. Plus, on top of the fact that the lady at the cash really needs to work on her customer service, the guy in thé kitchen looks absolutely miserable.. i mean, they’re not particularly rude but certainly not pleasant either. In any case, just to say, if you’re desperate for a sandwich, at least they’re not serving the dried out yero meat from the tray they hide under the counter, like most other Kojaxs around town. But, the way it’s headed after a month in business, it won’t be long, imo. And, tbh, at that price, I’d much rather go to Villa du Souvlaki, next door. ‘Too bad though. ‘Wouldn’t hurt to be a bit more considerate of regular customers and to, at the very least. serve a full French fry when you’re charging...

I love Kojax but they are the worst on Uber. They have a 2 for 1 deal which i love to get but they keep forgetting my extra sauce with every order. I don't understand it clearly says it's part of the order on the receipt but no sauce. It's like they don't properly read.

The main reason why this is annoying is because i have to keep opening a ticket with uber to get refunded. Eventually uber will block me from getting refunds, I've heard they have a limit. I wish they would actually make sure everything is in the bag.

I just made an order today for the 2v1 from this location and no extra sauce...it's been 5 orders in a row now. It's the only kojax available to me on uber.

Be better please because this is frustrating. it's not even about the money but the principal of getting what you pay for. It would be fine if it was 1-2 orders but it's...

While the food is absolutely delicious and more than youd expect from a fast food place, ordering from here through doordash showed an extreme lack of care and/customer service. I asked for no tomatoes in salad due to an allergy and kojax sauce on the side of burger (wen it travels it gets so soggy) Neither were followed, one being a health hazard and the other just being a mess. They also forgot my drink. Now before someone calls me a Karen, we have the right to get what we paid for and these simple things are easy to follow. I did not get to enjoy my meal that i was particularly craving today and that just sux! Its an overall feeling of they just dgaf about the orders they are sending out and by itself its just one mistake but I imagine im not the only one in this situation. Care more about your brand and dbl check each order before...
