As someone who can’t tolerate lactose and doesn’t handle gluten well, I was thrilled to discover this place. Seeing their great reviews on Google made me very curious to try it, and I’m so glad I did! The shop is clean, the display counter is large, and everything looks incredibly tempting. My boyfriend and I debated for a while before deciding to be reasonable and pick one pastry each, along with a box of macarons to-go. And wow—these were by far the best gluten- and dairy-free pastries I’ve ever had. The texture was light and fluffy, without that dry, crumbly feel that so many gluten-free options tend to have. If I hadn’t known, I would have never guessed they were gluten-free! My boyfriend, who has no dietary restrictions, also couldn’t tell the difference and really enjoyed his pastry. The prices are very reasonable, especially for such a specialized bakery. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their products and truly wish them all the best with their business!

I visited just about all of Montreal's gluten-free bakeries during my visit, and this one was by far my favorite. A huge variety of pastries, all gluten- and dairy-free, but by some kind of magic taste like regular gluten-filled pastries. I asked the server what her favorite of the breakfast pastries were and without hesitation she said the apricot danish. It wouldn't have been my first choice and I haven't seen it mentioned in other reviews, but glad I got the rec as it was one of the best foods I've ever eaten! Light, flaky, just the right amount of sweet. Also got a croissant to go, which was delicious slightly warmed the next day.

My wife and I found this place online while researching for gluten free bakeries in Montreal. We visited on Thursday and were impressed by all of the options, so we bought several items. We then ate some of it and were completely blown away. This is a top quality french bakery that manages to make the items gluten and dairy free, but you would never know it. We went back on Friday and bought as much as we could. I wish we could have bought the frozen items, but we had to drive back to Toronto. Can't wait for when online ordering is available to ship to Toronto!

TLDR; mediocre taste and texture, horrible service.

3/5 taste and texture. With the high reviews I had some high expectations. Compared to another GF place near parc la Fontaine, this place falls quite short: chocolatine was too dense (3/5) croissant aux amandes was so dry and way too crumbly. Almond taste was very artificial…was weird (1/5) brioche a cannelle was yummy (4.5/5)

0/5 service: rude, disrespectful, impatient, no manners. Asked the difference between certain bakery items and she replied with impatience and in a condescending tone, as if I should know what the differences are Rude and was just trying to get me to order as quickly as possible. I was the only customer too so it’s not like she...
