This ice cream shop is easy to miss from the outside and we found it at random. The flavours and options are varied and interesting. The prices are more than fair for the quantity. The soft serve has vanilla, chocolate, or mixed. For a medium, I paid around $4-5. Everything is vegetarian since it is only ice cream and gelato. There was only one staff in the shop and quite a few customers so she was doing her best. The soft serve machine was not ready yet and she was super nice and friendly about it. I paid first to allow her to process the other customers and she called me when it was ready some minutes later. The interior is bright and warm. A great summer dessert option for a casual evening or to pick up for a walk in the nearby parks.

La Dolce Vita Gelato in Montreal was definitely worth the visit! I tried a few flavors and couldn’t choose just one, so I went with the dark chocolate vegan and chocolate hazelnut. Both were absolutely delicious! There’s such a huge variety of flavors to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one. The vibe of the place is lovely, and the lady at the counter was super sweet and helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect flavors. I wish I had more time to try even more of their unique options. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Do you want to eat the best ice-cream and the best gelato in Montreal? Then you have already found the right place :)

I LOVE this place for so many things:

  1. Huge number of different flavors. What's more, you can always taste flavors before buying.
  2. Low prices and at the same time really high-quality gelato.
  3. Excellent service!!!!!!! It is one of the best services I have ever seen! Maggie and Sally will always help you not only find the right flavor of gelato, but also will cheer up, give a piece of advice if needed, etc. They are so friendly to all their clients! Because they really like to talk to people and help them.

Excellent ice creams ! I’m a huge fan of ice creams and used to taste places in towns worldwide. I tried : Hazelnut : excellent cookie dough : maybe the best cookie dough I have ever tasted caramel sea salt : good/average, there is not a strong taste of caramel and sea salt, it’s closer to a vanilla

Only remark, you should allow to taste more than 2 flavours (especially when we take the widest cup), eating really good ice creams is a pleasure it’s important to not been frustrated with a flavour which we don’t like (that was my case with caramel sea salt, I wouldn’t have picked it if I...
