By far the worst of all the McDonald's in all of Québec. This place is a farce, thank god if you call the head office they reimburse you. This is worth the visit just to witness the awful awful awful service and food freshness quality. They will tell you otherwise but the proof is easily confirmed by a visit or a takeout. The most amazing part about this location is the night shift employees stop serving food around 1 or 2 am. We work near by and we would often go pick up from the Mcdonalds at 3330 cote vertu but the overweight Indian looking young girl thought it would be wise to give poor food and service to discourage the customers from ordering here. I ordered a bunch of food for me and some colleagues on my McDonald's app and drove over for a pickup at 2:08am and was told they were not taking orders...so I drove back to work without food to the disappointment of my co-workers so we ordered instead and wouldn't you know it the food came from the same McDonald's that refused us minutes prior !!!! Except the girl must of remembered me and my same order from not long before refusing me at the drive thru and decided to teach me a lesson by sending us cold hard non consumable food for making her work. I had 2 Mcdoubles in the order and one of them had only one black huge patty and the other was regular but with old and hard patties. The fries were not cold as in warmish...they were ice cold. This food temperature tasted like she picked the food out of a garbage. The nuggets were cold and not chewable with BBQ sauce instead of habanero...oh and no fork for the also cold poutine... This McDonald's location is got to be avoided at all costs for it is not a place of business with the customer's satisfaction in mind. This McDonald's location at 3330 CoteVertu is run by lazy careless employees so you can imagine how much management cares as well by allowing such standards to be applied... Avoid this location at all costs, go down the road and eat somewhere else and spare yourself from this disaster of a McDonald's restaurant at 3330 CoteVertu, what an awful awful place. I am a Google local guide in the top 10% having respectably reviewed many restaurants and this McDonald's is to be avoided at all costs. I am a fair reviewer and base my opinion on a lived experience. When it's good I say it's good but this place is NOT GOOD. Please do yourself a favor and go eat elsewhere. Thank you have a good day ! Oh but let's see if and what they answer...will they own the facts or deny with a bogus generic...
Read moreFast, efficient, accurate. But mobile app needs improvement. But hey, it's still fast food.
But on my last visit, I was surprised to find the doors locked at 9pm Sunday! ( It shows 10pm on Google) I had already parked, so I used the app, which allowed me to order & pickup from the inside counter ( I assumed someone would open the door when shown the mobile order # on the app) From behind the window outside, I followed the progress of my order when suddenly, the manager realised what happened and started looking for me. She opened the door saying "I will give you your order since you had already paid for it, but we ARE closed!" The coffee I had ordered along with other food was cold and stale ( had ordered hot coffee). We sat at the outdoor tables, but needed to order more items and the choice was basically to either get in the car and do the drive through, or walk up to the drive through window - which is weird and dangerous.
At this point, I should mention that all the while I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to order ( or if at all ) and where & how I'm going to get my food, literally dozens of others are going through the same thing! People are going around, trying different doors around the restaurant and wondering what to do... There isn't a sign saying the restaurant is closed, nor does the app mention anything ( it knows I'm at the restaurant).
Conclusion: NOT the experience I expected based on the a) the experiences I've had in the past and b) the millions spent by McDonald's would have me believe I would have.
At the very least, the mobile app should be aware of the opening and closing times and which services are available at various times. Why not put a screen inside facing out giving customers clear information?
It just takes a few bad experiences for years of advertising to go...
Read moreThis restaurant is one of the most unorganized ones I've been to. Three weeks ago I went through the drive-thru and received my order and despite asking if all my items were there, close to half my items were missing when I arrived at home. When I contacted McDonald's Canada and filed a complaint as I wanted a refund for the items I didn't receive, they had somebody from the restaurant call me back who reassured me that all I have to do is go by the restaurant, provide my name and phone number and they would have my missing items on file which they would give me. We returned today and spent 20 minutes going through the Drive-Thru and when we finally got to ordering, they were not able to find any notes that were supposed to have been left behind from the manager regarding our missing items. We spent an additional 10 minutes at the restaurant while the store manager searched everywhere and wasn't able to find anything and subtly accused us that we were trying to get free food. After we kept on insisting and they finally checked some documents in the rear, they came back advising us that they found the note and didn't even apologize for the entire inconvenience and the fact that they were so unorganized and not able to find anything. Then we had to wait close to 20 minutes for our order to be ready bringing the whole wait time close to an hour.......
