We had a poor experience here. The food itself was tasty and beautifully presented, though I saw another review where the owner replied with insults to someone else who didn't really like the food, which is not very professional of them. That behavior reflects our experience with the service, which was abysmal.
Our waitress was rude and condescending, and we waited over an hour for one person's dish while everyone else finished eating right away and people who came long after us were being served all their dishes. My group member left hungry because we couldn't wait any longer and had to leave, and despite having asked for them to bring the dish three times after everyone else was done eating, the waitress just rudely snarked "it's tapas style" and walked away. It's tapas AND TACOS and we each wanted our own tacos, how wrong of us! At what resto is it normal to serve everyone except one, especially after we asked politely, especially after everyone else finished eating long ago, especially after an hour of waiting? The waitress' lack of care was astonishing, especially for a resto that is fairly pricey for small portions. Small portion that she didn't even get to eat. We arrived at 5:15, ordered around 5:45, and left at 7:30. We ordered 5 taco dishes, and left having only received 4. And the waitress acted like we were the problem for wanting everyone to eat together in a timely manner.
Also, there are no vegan options on the menu, and though I called ahead to ensure they could remove the mayo and they said they could, once I placed my order I had to fight with the same waitress, who said "food preferences are not catered to". We managed to get them to remove the mayo because I had the foresight to call in advance, as had I not called they would not have "catered to" my dietary needs. I shouldn't have to fight someone for something so simple when there's nothing else on the menu I could eat. She made me feel bad for a very normal request. I guess it's very hard to hold back from squirting mayo all over the tacos.
So if you want to eat here be vigilant that while everything looks nice, you may need to wait a very long time for your food, and you better not have any modifications needed to your meal. And of course, you can go see other reviews how the owner insults people who don't like their food. I'm curious if they will do the same for someone who didn't appreciate the service.
I won't be giving money to this resto again, it's nice but not worth the stress...
Read moreWe had a reservation at 7:30, but it took over 40mins before we got our drinks (20mins to order, another 20mins for drinks to arrive). Unfortunately, the experience only went downhill from there. The plate I was provided was dirty, and the wait staff seemed completely disorganized. We initially ordered enchiladas, but after waiting 20-25 minutes, they returned to inform us they had run out. We then ordered a different enchilada dish, only to be told again 15mins later that it was also unavailable. Is it really that difficult to check with the kitchen before taking the order? The food we finally did receive was just average at best. The piña colada was bland and watered-down, though the Tornado cocktail was quite good and had a nice flavor. To make matters worse, when we tried to pay, they brought us two bills — one of which included the two enchilada dishes that were not available. Instead of simply discarding the incorrect bill, they merged both, wasting even more of our time. This was especially frustrating as we had a show to catch after dinner.
In total, we ordered five dishes. Some were decent: Patatas Bravas - very heavily seasoned but serviceable Tacos Porc Al Pastor - too sweet Bavette de Boeuf et Chimichurri (Quesadilla) - bland, as was the guacamole Chorizo Artisanal - was good, though wouldn't call this real chorizo Los Quesitos - were good and probably the highlight
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the lack of communication, slow service, billing mistakes, and mediocre food, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The staff need to work on their communication and...

We ordered food for 2 people. It was $103+tip & we have no leftovers. (Not that I would want any) We ordered 2 meat quesadillas, birria tacos, patatas bravas & birria ramen.
The food was cold & soggy when it got here but I’ll give them a pass here, could’ve been Ubereats fault.
This is purely a review on poor food quality & price gouging from this restaurant. They seem to leverage their in-restaurant diner reviews to extort delivery customers with subpar food at insane prices.
It’s a long review as is, so I’ll keep the rest brief.
$18 for the birria tacos & I PROMISE you they water down the birria soup/stew.
$20 a pop for the meat quesadillas & they only give you THREE QUARTERS of the tortilla. (& half of the bites just taste like grocery store mozzarella blend)
$20 for the ramen was actually a “good deal” for this place, guessing cause they probably use Mr Noodles ramen packs.
$10 patatas bravas were actually good. I guess they have enough margins simply adding spices to potatoes.
Seriously, unless you’re super rich or insanely drunk & want to light your cash on fire, just order from literally anywhere else. This place is a disgrace but I won’t chargeback from Ubereats cause it not their fault.
PS - Look at my past reviews, I only ever left 5 reviews, all glowing. This place just annoyed me for being...
