When first time visited the cigar lounge, it was good and enjoyed it. This time, I was very disappointed. Our host kept us waiting by the cigar display for almost 10 minutes. Going in and out to the bar and food area. Told us twice just a moment. The 2nd time, he went cleaning a table emptying ash tray. Then he looked at us and said again one moment and moved to clean another table. I can not accept this type of unprofessional, selfish, and unrespect behavior, keeping a customer waiting away from his table standing and waiting to order. I had reservations for 2 in their cigar lounge on a Saturday night. We arrived right on time, but no one greated us at the door and after a few minutes, we went up to the bartender to let him know about our reservation. We had to wait about 10 minutes before we could get our seats, as they were not ready.

Other than that, our time there was enjoyable. The drinks were fairly priced. We didn't purchase a cigar or food from them so I can't speak to that aspect.

Parking wasn't too difficult on the street either. The music inside was not loud and makes it great if you're looking for a quiet place to hangout. I would probably come back here, as it's not easy to find a nice cigar lounge in the...
