Montreal Station Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Montreal

The servers are very warm and friendly. The food is affordable and not bad like any breakfast place. Crepe is not that good, it was hard to chew on. But it is totally fine, I will be coming back here.

I am not from a food industry. I am just writing what I saw. I noticed though that they are very particular to the seating set up. I saw a customer who just arrived and went up to a table and by the time he got comfortably seated, the waitress politely asked him to transfer to a smaller table to cater for a larger group (the table was not reserved btw). The first customer was understanding enough to follow which is good. However, same situation happened twice but this time not obliging thereby two separate individuals left the premise. That could have been two transactions for that time being. The idea was good but the table was not reserved to begin with and if they (restaurant) wanted to be particular about seating arrangement then by the time a customer would arrive, they could have escorted them to the table they are liking. The hot dogs were decent but nothing special in my opinion. The trio comes with fries and a drink which makes the price more reasonable but it's still a bit expensive in my opinion. The fries are soft and salty, not exactly my favourite. The salad had a great portion but it was still around 18$. The flavours were good but the toppings are a bit lacking for such a big poutine. The amount of sauce was also a bit low. The smoke meat spaghetti was definitely my favourite part of the meal. The portion was decent for 18$, and the flavours were great. Montreal Station Hot Dogs are the best. But really what is better is breakfast as the home made fries are fresh and cut from whole potatoes, not frozen. Eggs of all makes, sunny side, poched, scrambled, with whatever bacon, saucisse or ham. There menu is much variety from spagetti to smoked meat, and of course Poutine.
