Incredible selection of products and little hole in the wall with a great selection of natural and organic items that are usually hard to find in one place.
That being said, I had a really bad experience going in there.
As I entered the store, I was so excited because my mom has been looking for certain products and I thought I found an oasis that’s right around the corner from my new home.
I was making my way in the back and was looking at products on the shelves and the lady working there was coming straight at me with a cart in the middle of the isles and was not trying to make any sort of movement to try and pull closer to one side as I was doing the same.
I didn’t pay it no mind as I thought maybe she was having a long day and had been saying to people multiple times to move out of the way.
As I was looking at something on a shelf further down, she proceeded to pick up her stool to pick up something that was in the back of me and stood DIRECTLY in front of me as if I was a ghost and was kind of looking past me. I was incredibly taken aback and I wait a second to say something because I thought there is no way she first cannot see me because I am 3 inches taller than her second cannot see me because there is literally barely one foot apart from both of us and we are face to face.
It felt incredibly disrespectful.
I then said very nicely while looking straight into her eyes with a smile “excuse me I was looking at something on the shelf” she then acknowledged my presence, chuckled and moved slightly on the side but not enough to move away from the product I was very much interested in which was beef bone broth. I had to repeat that the product was right there behind her.
Now I understand that people can have had a long and uncomfortable day. I can understand that it is exhausting to work in such a narrow place and it might be frustrating to have to tell people over and over to move. But to be standing right in front of someone and they pretend like you do not exist after having done that a first time less than 3 minutes before was incredibly uncivilized and discourteous.
I understand that one employee does not reflect a business as a whole and hope when I do come back to buy things that I was interested in, our paths won’t cross as it was a very unpleasant experience. I will abstain myself from coming on Wednesdays but might try to see if there are other days where I come and get better service since the reviews seem so high!
In this economy, I would rather shop closer to home even if the employees might be projecting their bad emotions onto clients.

Read more0/5. This place has worst customer service I have experienced in years!! I ordered 6 items & selected the refrigerated shipping for my items as they needed to remain cold. My products arrived WARM and had gone BAD in the delivery process due to being OUT of a fridge for so long. When I emailed to ask if there was anything that could be done, I was told I selected the wrong shipping & that the gel packs in my order were added as a courtesy. I asked if my items were packaged with the correct shipping that I paid 20 dollars for at checkout & a day later I received a phone call from a man, who I later came to find out was the owner. THE OWNER called not to see if he could do anything to regain me as a customer but to give me a breakdown of the shipping option I chose. Instead of apologizing (not once did he say I'm so sorry, is there anything we can do) or offering SOMETHING (not even a five dollar coupon) this man proceeded to speak to me like a child for over 5 minutes. He insisted that I was not listening to him, that I chose the wrong option, that my items were packaged the right way and that he was not going to appease me and tell me I was right, when I was in the wrong. He took ZERO accountability and approached this situation so aggressively. I am in such disbelief that THE OWNER of ANY company would speak to ANY CUSTOMER like this after they have spent money at their store. Customer service is everything. Read moreI placed an order 2 days ago that was being delivered to a business address. It's not the first time I order and I used to call to advise the business closed at 4:00 so they wouldn't deliver after. The last time I called, they mentioned to me that I can write it in the note/comment section instead of calling. So I did. Yesterday we got a call past 6pm from the driver to deliver the package. No one was there and we mentioned that it was noted when we ordered. I called Nature santé today and they are telling me I didn't write it and I will have to pay for delivery now or come to the store. The person over the phone was getting rude. I asked for a refund and he told me I would have to pay for the shipping anyways. I said I didn't know what to do now and that I wasn't happy because they had told me to write a note and now they are saying they didn't have it which 100% I wrote it when I placed the order. When I came to ask for the name of the person I was talking to, he hung up on me. I called back to cancel the order and I found out that part of my order was already refunded a few minutes ago because they didn't have the product (it's backordered). So now they are charging me for shipping when they didn't follow the note/comment I wrote (which is what they told me to do last time) and they hadn't even ship all my order on the first place without advising me.
