I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the most incredible poutine at this fast food joint. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely delightful, leaving me with no choice but to give it a glowing 5-star rating.

Horrible place. I was served by an Indian woman and an Indian man who maked sure i wasn't welcomed. They mocked me in a passive aggressive way. They don't speak french nor english. It's was nearly impossible to communicate and they were looking at each other laughing each time i didn't understood their gibberish. They were flirting and playing games instead of preparing my meal. I asked my pitas 2/5 spicy but i got 5/5 and it was uneatable. My stomach hurted, my eyes soared and my throat was itching. Im a big fan of spicy food and im really resisting agains't spicy. The pitas was bland, the meat and the vegetables were more industrial than Mcdonalds and it was freaking 17$. At other's pitas place for that price, i would get fries and a soda with the pitas for less money. The food here is usually great, but I cannot give it any rating above 1 star because of the fact that the staff got my order wrong twice in a row. I've asked for shawarma wraps with no spice two different times, and both times it was too spicy to eat for both me and my partner. I saw on the order screen that my request for no spice was recorded, but I can only assume that the staff ignored it or they don't pay attention to what you request.

Since I got takeout, by the time I noticed that they got the order wrong it was too late to do anything, making it a huge waste of my time and money. I had to dig out peppers just to make it edible, ruining the delicately wrapped dish. Unacceptable.
