Horrible experience. I ordered using their "buy one burger, get one free" promo and only received one burger. When I called, the girl Kamal was extremely unprofessional and accused me of not knowing how to use the app. She refused to give her name, and only after an argument did "Raj" reveal it. Both were unprofessional and dismissive. If this is how they treat customers, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from Pizza Desi. Total waste of time.

• Let's be clear - I used the app correctly. I even placed a similar order from Punjab Canteen the same way, and they honored the Buy One Get One Free offer without any issue. I ordered the paneer pizza from here for my baby’s birthday celebration at his daycare. The pizza was so amazing and mouth watering that everyone just loved it. It was something new for the daycare teachers and other kids and they loved it so much, I explained them about Indian ingredients and paneer concept, they promised me to try it again.
